COMPANY BACKGROUND KTAC was established in 1997 and is known as the Cybernetics Institute of Technology. Then, in 2002, it was approved and recognised by the Ministry of Education as Cybernatics International Technology College (KTAC) and has celebrated the Silver Jubilee in 2022 to celebrate its 25 years of operation. KTAC has produced over 30,000 qualified graduates since its inception. Vision – Cybernetics aspired to be a centre of excellence in the academic and human capital development. Mission – Cybernetics is to be a leading private institution of higher education capable of nurturing well-rounded graduates who are knowledgeable and competent in their ACADEMIC FIELDS and SOCIAL SKILLS thus processing the competitive edge required by the job market.


ACADEMIC DEPARTMENT KTAC has 74 staff; 41 are from the academic department and 33 are non-academic staff. The academic department of KTAC consists of three schools: School of Business Management (SBM) School of Art and Technology (SAT) School of Suman Science (SHS)

Encourage academic staff to set individualized professional development goals to enhance their teaching skills and knowledge. Regularly review and assess the progress towards achieving these goals, providing constructive feedback and support along the way.

Guidelines for Academic Staff Performance Review Flowchart Initiate the performance review process at a designated time and communicate the schedule to academic staff. Academic staff should prepare self-assessments, highlighting their achievements, challenges, and professional development goals during the review period. Head of school should establish performance review meetings with individual academic staff members to discuss the upcoming review process and set clear expectations for the evaluation.
