It’s hard to believe it’s November! Next month on December 10 we’re kicking off our final 2018 Town Hall
meetings. The dates for all the sessions will be shared soon.
I’m very excited for the Heart Walk this Saturday, November 10 and can’t wait to see you all there.
The fundraisers our teams have come up with are so awesome and inspired me to come up with my
own. As I shared last Friday, my wife, Joy, and I are offering a unique raffle prize.
Our goal is to raise $5,000 for the Heart Walk with this fundraiser. Raffle tickets can be purchased in
Administration every day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $5 / 2 tickets or $10 / 5 tickets
The winner of this award will be the recipient of the following:
1. One night Stay at the Woodlands Waterway Marriot Hotel
2. Dinner at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse
3. Two Lawn seat tickets to a concert of your choice at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion

You Can Still Register & Get a Shirt!!! Fundraising Update

Hospital directors have partnered to create their own teams within the hospital's team. CRMC's 2018 Heart Walk team
Ask them for your team name then follow these easy steps to sign up for the Heart Walk: - the Heartbeat Bebops -
• Click here currently has 154 walkers,
• Scroll down to the "Teams" section $12,640 raised and 12
• Find your director's team and click "Join" ("Join" is in a red box to the right of the team more days to fundraise.

*If you bring the money via cash/check, it will not go directly to your team and instead
will go to the CRMC Heart Walk Company Page (which is still donated to the AHA).

•$250 deductible/ $7,500 annual maximum
•90% reimbursement on vet bills, regardless of where you go
•Wellness plan option includes checkups, vaccinations, spay/neuter procedures, dental cleaning and
more
•Coverage for hereditary and congenital diseases, Rx therapeutic diets, chronic illnesses,
surgeries/hospitalization, x-rays and more
•Just two questions to determine cost: state and species
•Certain coverages may be subject to pre-existing exclusion
•Employees currently enrolled in pet insurance will need to enroll with Nationwide. Current
coverage elections will not carry over.
