The Ministry of Science and Technology is the state management of startup and innovation activities; leads and collaborates with ministries, stakeholders, and individuals in the society to implement the National Program to develop the Vietnam Startup Ecosystem until 2025 (Program 844), which has been signed by the Prime Minister in 2016, for creating the favorable environment for scalable and high-growth startups by leveraging intellectual property, technology, and novel business model. Since 2015, MOST is the lead organizer for the TECHFEST annually, which is the largest gathering of the startup and innovation community in Vietnam, with thousands of participants. This year 2022, Techfest has been organized throughout the year in multiple provinces, cities, and economic zones; The National TECHEST - WHISE 2023 gathering is in Ho Chi Minh City, from 23-25/11/2023. 48 Cục Phát triển thị trường và doanh nghiệp Khoa học và Công nghệ (NATEC), là tổ chức trực thuộc Bộ Khoa học và Công nghệ với nhiệm vụ phát triển thị trường công nghệ, hỗ trợ hình thành, phát triển doanh nghiệp khoa học và công nghệ. Được thành lập vào ngày 8/6/2011, cho đến nay, NATEC đã hỗ trợ và tổ chức nhiều sự kiện, đề án nhằm thúc đẩy phát triển thị trường khoa học và công nghệ ở Việt Nam. Vừa qua, NATEC đã phối hợp với Văn phòng Đề án 844 - Đề án “Hỗ trợ hệ sinh thái khởi nghiệp đổi mới sáng tạo quốc gia đến năm 2025” hỗ trợ quảng bá và giới thiệu các startup tiêu biểu tham gia các diễn đàn kết nối với kiều bào, tri thức quốc tế; kết nối quốc tế qua các vườn ươm, cơ sở thúc đẩy kinh doanh, đại sứ quán.
49 National Agency for Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization Development (NATEC), is an organization under the Ministry of Science and Technology with the task of developing the technology market, supporting the formation and development of science and technology enterprises. Established on June 8, 2011, up to now, NATEC has supported and organized many events and projects to promote the development of the science and technology ecosystem in Viet Nam. Recently, NATEC collaborated with the National Program 844 - the project "Supporting the National Innovation Startup Ecosystem until 2025" to promote and introduce outstanding startups participating in forums connecting with the overseas Vietnamese community and international intellectuals. This collaboration also involved international connections through incubators, business promotion facilities, and embassies.
50 Được thành lập vào ngày 4 tháng 3 năm 2019 theo quyết định số 416 / QĐ-BKHCN của Bộ Khoa học và Công nghệ, Trung tâm hỗ trợ khởi nghiệp sáng tạo Quốc gia là tổ chức khoa học và công nghệ công lập trực thuộc Cục phát triển thị trường và doanh nghiệp khoa học và công nghệ (Bộ Khoa học và Công nghệ). Với nhiệm vụ trọng tâm là: - Hỗ trợ khởi nghiệp đổi mới sáng tạo - Thúc đẩy phát triển hệ sinh thái khởi nghiệp thông qua nhiều hoạt động, bao gồm: Tổ chức Ngày hội Khởi nghiệp Đổi mới sáng tạo Quốc gia Techfest; Tổ chức các chương trình khởi nghiệp đổi mới sáng tạo trong lĩnh vực chuyên ngành; Đào tạo nguồn nhân lực đổi mới sáng tạo chất lượng cao; Thúc đẩy các chương trình ươm tạo khởi nghiệp; Xây dựng nền tảng dữ liệu, v.v.
