Turn left onto Airport Thruway, turn left on Veterans Parkway, follow to 9th Street, turn right on 9th Street,

From Atlanta Airport
Take I-85 South to I-185 South. Take 80 West to Exit 1 - Downtown Columbus. Continue on to 2nd Ave. Follow
2nd Avenue to 9th Street, turn right on 9th Street, follow to Front Avenue, turning left on Front Ave. The
Columbus Marriott sits on the corner of 9th Street and Front Avenue.

By signing up to participate in the Exhibitor Showcase for the Georgia Tactical
Officer’s Association Conference you agree to the following Hold Harmless
Cause:

“The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of
exhibitor’s activities on the Columbus Conventional and Trade Center premises and will indemnify, defend,
and hold harmless the Hotel, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents,
servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.”
Hotel will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the
Hotel’s premises except for any claims, loss, or damages arising directly from the Hotel’s own negligence.
Client will be responsible to negotiate the contract with its exhibitors.
Storage space is not available for display materials and/or show merchandise. At the conclusion of the set-up
operation, all related equipment, crates, trash, etc. must be removed from the premises no later than the last
day of the exhibit show period.
