Lesson Summary (2/2)
Searching and Viewing the Library
Objects
The general library hierarchy
consists of the general library, the
general class and the classified
items.
A general library manages the
classified items which can be
documents, parts, features or
products.
A general library can be customized
to meet the needs of an
organization.
Using the Search Within command,
you can search the end items
anywhere within the classification
hierarchy of a library.
You can use Wild Cards for refining
your search.
You can also optimize the search
results by specifying the search
criteria in as many field as possible.
