Planning Your Wedding

The Catering and Culinary Team at The Cincinnati Woman’s Club takes great pride
in creating an elegant and memorable event for your wedding. We are ready to help
you design a tailored menu to reflect your personal tastes and satisfy even the most
discriminating palate.

Listed are the amenities that we offer when planning your wedding. Final pricing will
be determined once your custom package, menu selection, and beverage options are
established.

Your Personalized Evening Wedding Package

The following package is designed to make your wedding day complete. We would
be pleased to customize any menu to create an event as individual as you are.

w  Select from One of Our Approved Bartending Services
w  Champagne Toast for the Bridal Party
w  Three-Course Formal Dinner, Featuring:

w Salad
w Entrée
w  Your Wedding Cake Served
w  Experienced Wedding Planner to assist with you from the beginning planning
stages up until and including the day of your event.

Ceremony

Beautiful indoor space is available as well as the Terrace Garden for couples wishing to
hold their ceremony here at the Club. There is a $500.00 room rental, which includes
setup for the ceremony, rehearsal space for the night prior to the wedding, and two
changing rooms for the bridal parties during the day of the wedding from 10:00 a.m.
through the duration of the event.

Miscellaneous Amenities

Ask your wedding specialist about linen upgrades to make your reception even more
spectacular.

When weather conditions dictate, a coat check attendant can be available for your
guests, either on a cash or hosted basis. One attendant required per 100 guests.

All CWC Wedding Packages Include:

w  Skilled cutting and serving of your wedding cake
w  Dedicated service staff
Valet parking service is available; if interested, ask your wedding specialist for pricing.

Menu Information

To ensure compliance with CWC and local policy, guests may not bring food into The
Cincinnati Woman’s Club (with the exception of a wedding cake).

Please note that pricing listed in our Wedding Package does not include 22% gratuity
charge and applicable sales tax unless otherwise noted. The final menu is due two weeks
prior to the wedding date.

Menu Guarantee

To deliver a successful event, the CWC requests that you provide us with a final
confirmation or guarantee of the number of individuals attending your event. This
guarantee must be received one week prior to your wedding. Should the final guarantee
not be received by this time, the agreed number of guests will be the basis for the billing
charges.

Billing

All billing for weddings will appear on the Sponsor’s account. To work with the bride
and family, we will establish the final bill based on choices and amenities, a bill will be
produced 3 months in advance of the wedding and at 3 intervals –
(3 months, 2 months and 2 weeks) at each of these intervals one-
third (1/3) of the total bill will be due. Adjustments to count will
determine final payment.

All sales are subject to applicable sales tax.

Your Wedding Reception

Cocktail Hour

Liquor, Beer, and Wine

• All alcohol served at The Cincinnati Woman’s Club is provided by the event’s
Hostess and is served by contracted staff.

• Glassware and ice are provided by CWC at a cost of $5.00 per/person.
• Bartending is contracted by Hostess; we currently permit Bourbon Street

Bartending and First Call Bartending to provide services at CWC.

Wine with Dinner
• To be coordinated with your Bartending Provider.

Coffee, Hot Tea, and Iced Tea will be provided by CWC.

Dinner Dance

CWC offers different rooms for your reception based on the size of the event:

Tea Room (Upper Level) Up to 250 people, sit-down meal

Lecture Room (Lower Level) Up to 72 people, sit-down meal

Hampton Court (Lower Level) Up to 60 people

Auditorium (Upper Level) Seats up to 350 people for Ceremony
