From the depth of perfect colour achieved when dyeing the yarns, to the density and quality of the handtufting and handknotting employed by our artisan partners, every William Yeoward rug has been carefully considered and produced to ensure that we maintain the level of quality and luxury that our customers expect from our brand. Our collection is fully stocked in three great sizes. Many designs also come in a fourth larger size. Then of course we are very happy to produce bespoke sizing to suit your requirements – just ask and we will send you a new CAD layout of the design, we will quote a price and advise the leadtime. Neutral in tone and textural in nature with irregular and varying pile heights that make this a wonderfully tactile statement in any room.

WILLIAM YEOWARD RUGS AND ACE CARPET CLEANERS - THE PERFECT SOLUTION ACE are the market leaders in protective coatings. They use advanced nanotechnology to protect carpets and rugs. They have developed a treatment called `Aquadefence’, an eco-friendly, non-toxic formula that creates an easy clean protective coating. This coating prevents damage from everyday spills and stains. An invisible barrier effectively repels liquids, mud, dirt and prevents alcohol, oil and water stains. This treatment is suitable for all types of cut, loop and woven, natural and synthetic rugs. Key Benefits: - Water and oil resistant. Repels most household liquids such as tea,coffee, wine, mud etc. - Eco-friendly, non-toxic, non-flammable. Uses a fluorine-free water based formula - Odourless and non-aerosol. Can be applied indoors. - UV resistant - reduces effects of fading. - Completely child and pet safe during and after application. No harmful chemicals whatsoever. - Invisible coating - no change at all to the look, feel or breathability of the rug. - Extremely durable and longlasting - ACE provides a 12 month guarantee when applied and maintained by ACE. Once a rug has been treated with Aquadefence it must be kept free from everyday dirt and grime by being vacuumed regularly. If a spill does happen, it must be dealt with immediately by gently blotting the spill using white kitchen towel or a white terry towel. If you are interested in applying this treatment to your order then please simply ask our Customer Service team who will quote accordingly and advise leadtime. RUG UNDERLAYS We offer made to order rug underlays. Please see our price list for rug underlays in our standard rug sizes (extra delivery charge will apply), we can also quote for bespoke sizes. Lead time for rug underlays in any size is 1-2 weeks. RUG CARE & MAINTENANCE To best care for your rug, we recommend that you lightly vacuum it on a regular basis using the nozzle attachment. Avoid using brush attachments as these can harm the rug fibres and remember to always vacuum in the direction of the pile. It is normal for a new rug to ‘shed’ some fibre at the beginning and you may therefore find that you have to vacuum a little more frequently. This will diminish relatively quickly. As far as possible please ensure that you avoid placing the rug in direct sunlight for sustained periods of time as this can lead to colour fading. If you are concerned about the rug slipping, we recommend that you use a rug hold underlay. We always recommend treating your rug with our bespoke extra rug protection and cleaning by a specialist rug cleaner. However, if a spillage occurs, blot immediately with a clean dry white cloth, making sure not to rub the spillage into the pile. Do not use harsh detergent. It is important not to walk or place items on the rug until it is completely dry to prevent lasting damage. Wool Rugs - Wool fibres have their own natural thin, protective layer, which repels dirt. This will allow you to act quickly if a spillage occurs on your rug by cleaning the spot lightly with a damp cloth or an absorbing paper towel. Be careful not to rub. Viscose and Tencel Yarns – These fibres are plant based and more delicate. Use a clean white cloth or paper towel to absorb the spill, gently blotting the area starting from the edge of the spot and working your way to the centre. Be careful not to rub. Once the liquid has been blotted, use a clean cloth lightly dampened by water to dab the stain. If possible, use a fine comb to raise the pile in direction with the remainder of the rug pile and try to dry the pile with a low-heat hairdryer whilst continuing to comb as quickly as possible.
