16 High-Efficiency Air Filter & Fresh Air Exchange Management According to the US CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) Agency and ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and AC Engineers), the use of high-efficiency air filters in building HVAC systems is recommended as an effective countermeasure against virus transmission. JAKARTA MORI TOWER will incorporate MERV-13* air filters to both effectively control PM2.5** air pollution and virus transmission. 30 Safety & Security Robust Security System There are a total of five layers of security from the site perimeter to the tenant’s premises ensuring the highest level of safety and security. Tenants provide their own security access system at their premises entrance. Visitor Management JAKARTA MORI TOWER will incorporate a Visitor Management Pre-registration system to allow tenants to restrict access only to visitors who have scheduled appoinments with your company. 34 Business Continuity Plan Electricity Supply Jakarta Mori Tower has a Premium Platinum service arrangement - the highest available - with the Indonesian PLN Power utility, and will receive dual power supplies from separate PLN Subsystems reducing the risk of power outages to the building. In the event that both PLN power feeds are interrupted, building gensets with 72 hours duration diesel fuel available will immediately back-up 100% of the building facilities. 40 Upcoming Projects Completion: 2023 (Planned) About Mori Building Toranomon Hills Area Project (Tokyo, Japan) In recent years Mori Building has been redeveloping the Toranomon area near Tokyo Tower, with the completion of Toramon Hills Mori Tower in 2014, Toranomon Hills Business Tower in 2020, and Toranomon Hills Residential Tower in 2022.
