The Excalibur Editor In Chief

For Three Brief(?) Shining Years

IT'S OVER!

As we complete the book a month before the final
deadline and the final pages are sent to print, my three
year tenure as Edltor In Chief of the Excalibur comes to
a close and with this I have mixed emotions. This year
our book went through many changes and
improvements and our stalfis no exception.

The staff and I thank the following individuals for all
their time, help and support with this volume of the
Excalibur yearbook: Valerie and Barbara at JOSTEN'
for all the questions we asked; Craig Jones, our
Josten's Rep. , for all the guidance and Ideas; Jenny
Ogllne, Jan Glitz and Brad Broome for their
photography and copy contributions; Dave Geringer for
all the sports team photos and information; Registrar's
office for all those Senior lists and print outs; Jim
Hundrieser and Kris Burgers for support; Student
Services for funding oflhe book; COSTCO for the MANY
rolls of film developing and Alan Jay Lerner for our
theme.

The yearbook staff were 'Miracle Work rs' as 8 ofus
compiled and documented the events and memories of
the 1994-95 academic year. What a year this has been
- I will always remember: The neverendlng beach
photo shoots on Deerfield Beach for the cover and
divider pages = "Now, that's perfection. "; " Will
someone please buy a yearbook?'" ; Taking the YB staff
photo two limes= "Where's the surfboard?"; " Practice
makes perfect" (only the flamingo knows) , and
Layouts, layouts. Iayoutsl I can 't thank my staff enough
for all their wotk, dedication and friendship: John -

It is with great pride and honor that the Excalib ur Staffand Lynn's
Class of1995 dedicates this volume ofthe University yearbook to
the Count and Countess de lfoernle. The outstanding g ener osity,
support and loyalty shown by the Count and Countess have
helped many past and present Lynn students and will continue to
help our students ofthe future. The Lynn students and campus
community are grateful for the many contributions that the Count
and Countess have made possible to improve all areas ofhig her
education, such as: the de Jfoernle Residence flail, Lecture flail,
Sports and Cultural Center and the new International Center, to
name a few. We acknowledge and thank the Count and Countess
for making the dream ofhigher education a reality for so many of
