Strut Section

(78 ¼”) Deep strut (x2). (1 for each solar panel setup)
(78 ¼”) Shallow strut (x2). (Both for bottom 157” channel bracket)
Deep strut on bottom of solar panel setup will require (6) 90 angle brackets, (3)

4”x ½” Bolts, (20) ½” washers, (6) ½”x1” bolts. (Per panel setup).

Pipe Section

(5’) 1 ½” pipe (x6). (3 pipes per panel setup)
(1’) 2” pipe (x6).
(6) Wire pin locks.
Each 5’x 1 ½” pipe will have an initial hole drilled at 1 inch, and then additional

holes drilled every 12 inches from there on. (Note these holes will need to be
drilled very accurately, to assure proper alignment for assembly).
Each 1’x 2” pipe will have one hole drilled at 1 inch.

Solar Panel Section

(3) Solar panels will be fastened together using ¼”-20x1” bolts. (4) Complete bolts
will be required for assembly. (x2)

You will need to drill one hole at the top and bottom of each solar panel to attach
them together.

This is where your strut and channel will start to be used. Each (3) panel-setup will
require (1) 78 ¼” channel piece and (1) 78 ¼” deep strut piece. (x2)

Solar Panel Section

(12) ¼-20x1” bolts, (12) ¼” nylock nuts, (48) ¼” flat washers are required to bolt
on the 78 ¼” channel piece to the top of the panel setup.(x2)

(6) ¼-20x1” bolts, (6) ¼” nylock nuts,(6) ¼” fender washers, (6) ¼” flat washers are
required to bolt on the 78 ¼” deep strut piece to the bottom of the panel
setup. (x2)

(90”) approx. of 10 gauge wire are required to wire the panels. (x2)

(2) 21” seal tight conduit pieces are need to weather proof between panels. (x2)

(1) 36” seal tight conduit piece is need to run from the solar panel to the main
junction box. (x2)

(6) ½” straight connectors are need for the seal tight conduit. (x2)
