founded in the year of 2016 by the pioneering founders namely Adrienne Lei L.

EMBLEM SYMBOLIZES

LIBERTASIMO emblem was drawn by how history honed today’s identity and
beliefs. The color palette utilizing neutral color established an image of how the
beginning of life looks like, the soil of a human’s heart is stonier than of its
whereabouts. Biblically speaking, it was under the quote from 1 Corinthians 9:19
that “For though I am free from all, I have made myself a servant to all, that I
might win more of them” and this is how the founders comprehend as being a
travel service providers want the travelers to feel, the essence of FREEDOM.
Freedom comes from an Italian word “Liberta” and that the pioneers conjugate it
with “Belissimo” or “Simo” portraying how astonishing one can be and one can
seek. LIBERTASIMO TRAVEL & TOURS CO. The torch attached to the logo
gratifies and promise of traveling to a tranquil and healing destination to develop
and grow the well-being of its clients, whereas to achieve a medium and agency

into the travel agency in order for the potential consumers to easily access and
track the area of the agency. The travel agency is situated in Makati specifically
in the Office Tower 6789, also depicted as the Makati Tower. This facility is one
of commercial skyscraper located in the central district of Makati. Office Tower
has LEED pre-certified gold rating for its sustainable design that helps improve

the productivity with cleaner air, greater natural lighting and improve temperature
control. Tower 6789 is a PESA certified building making the office space for rent
at top option for business looking to expand and further develop.

Reservations

 Reservation should be made in writing or e-mailed as early as possible
Confirmation

 Confirmation will be made within 24 hours upon reservation subject to
availability.

Deposit of Payment
 Upon confirmation, a deposit equivalent to 50% would be required as a
guarantee and balance of the amount shall be paid in full one week prior to
the arrival of the group. Please ensure that no deduction on the payment
is made through our Bank.

 Cancellation should be made at least (2) two weeks prior to the arrival. Any

cancellation made within (2) two weeks from the arrival date shall bear the

following charges.

Cancellation within 4-6 days - 50% Cancellation Charge

What makes Costa Rica a paradise for retreat ?

A democratic and peaceful country located in the
Central part of America and a place of great investment
for traveling in a specific purpose. A verdant vicinity
surrounded by tropical, and golden rainforest, towering

Must know in the Tour

I. Bring with you the basic vaccines for Costa Rica such as
Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Rabies and Tetanus Certification.

II. Buy a KOLBI SIM prepaid card and use your unlocked cellphone
(available in the telephone booth at the airport).

III. Bank transactions requires a valid passport, for US dollars, Philippine Peso and
major credit cards it is widely accepted.

IV. ATM are located throughout the country (closed remained from 11:00 pm to
5:00 am).

V. Pack light, cool clothes that are easy to wash and dry. Wear comfortable foot
wear, and bring your own alternative ones (like close toe shoes for treks).
Repellant and sunblock is a must.

VI. Identification documents should be in hand (passport, tour itinerary, return ticket
and vaccination certification).

VII. Orange ribbon should be tied in the luggage for the tour guide or driver to easily
identify your luggage at the airport or place to stay in.
