• Entrepreneur refer to who accept risk and opportunities of creating,
operating and growing a new business.
• Meanwhile, Entrepreneurship is the process of seeking business
opportunities under condition of risk.
• Businessman is a individual involve in business activities to gain profit
and a low risk taker.
• Technopreneur is an entrepreneur who involve in technological
changes in producing goods and services for organization.

1)UNCERTAINTY OF INCOME
Setting up a business does not provide any guarantee an entrepreneur
will be able to earn sufficient money. The owner would be the last
person to be paid after paying the salaries of the staff.
2)LOSING ENTIRE INVESTMENT
The failure rate among small business is high about 3.5 percent of new
business fail within 2 years and 54 percent shut down within 4 years.

3) COMPLETE RESPONSIBILTY
The entrepreneur need make a decision on issues that they are not in
the expertise or not knowledgeable. Entrepreneur is difficult finding a
advisor to assist in making critical business decisions.
4)HIGH STRESS LEVEL
Set up a business can be rewarding but also stressful. It is often that an
entrepreneur makes a huge investment in company whereby he would
have mortagaged everything the belonging to start a business.
