Something new this way comes
Starting with this edition International Model
magazine will expand its editorial content and we
will start publishing images that we had previously
refused to publish. I think now is the time because our
sister magazine FOTOMODEL will cover all content
about models under 18 years of age and all content
about models that do not do boudoir/lingerie work
or provocative themes. International Model magazine
can now begin to establish itself as a publication
willing to push the limits of photographic creativity:
including implied nudity and artistic nudity.
There are many that see implied nudity or artistic
nudity as exploitative, degrading and impossible
to look at any differently than pornography. I look at it from a different angle: as a
perfectly legitimate art form that can empower people and question perceptions of
beauty and as a natural extension of portrait photography.
The inclusion of this type of photography into the pages of I’M•ME does not mean that
we will focus entirely on this genre. We are looking for editorial pieces that portray
the versatility of the model and the photographer in as many genres as possible:
seductive fashion, artistic nudity, suggestive lifestyle, implied nudity, provocative
swimsuit. We want your collaboration to be a mini-portfolio showcasing the abilities
and the talents of the professionals involved in it. We welcome your submissions and
your interest in photo shooting with us.
As always… thank you for your help and collaborations!

Captured a few years ago, during our
summer, bright sunny day, for model’s folio,
at Gunnamatta Surf Beach, Australia. This is
a very dangerous beach but one of the best
beaches for model photography because of
the rocks and rock pools that form there. It
is only possible to shoot there 5 days every
fortnight because of the treacherous waves.
Need to catch surf as it goes out. Surfing
carnivals are held there. Many photographers
and models from all over the world say it’s an
amazing beach. For this shot I used a Canon
7D, 17-85 mm zoom with fill flash.
