COMPANY PROFILE


Hovid Inc. ( Phils.) is a subsidiary of Hovid Bhd., a Malaysian pharmaceutical
company engaged in the development and manufacturing of pharmaceutical
specialties, special drug delivery systems, and phyto nutrients products. Hovid has
been approved as one of the potential suppliers to UNICEF’s drugs procurement
program. The manufacturing plant conforms to WHO standards of Good
Manufacturing Practice. Hovid products are marketed in more that 45 countries
worldwide. It was in March 2002 when they established their operation in the
Philippines.

Hovid Inc. (Phils.) is composed of young and career oriented professionals
engaged in importation, trading, promotion and marketing of finished
pharmaceutical products as well as dietary supplements and consumer products.

Our goal is to be a major manufacturer and distributor of superior and innovative
pharmaceutical health products. We are committed to continuous improvement in
