Sink

• 2 Bowl sink with drainer required (1 bowl for cleaning utensils and 1 bowl for hand wash)
• Sink must be able to support separate taps
• Drainer to left (nearest Milkshakes)
• Utensil sink (central)
• Hand wash sink (nearest the hand soap dispenser)
• Sink cut out templates available from supplier

• Swan neck tap required with paddle taps for easy use
• 250mm clearance required to enable cleaning of blender jugs

Finishes & Specification - Water Supply / Drainage

Water Supply

• Adequate supply of clean hot and cold water supply required
• Where a mains supply is not directly available, ideally a 30 litre unvented electric water heater is required to service the hand wash and
utensil basin. Actual requirements to be adjusted to suit the needs of individual sites

Drainage

• Ideally direct drainage for sink water to be available if possible
• Where direct drainage is not available, sanicom pumps should be installed to pump waste water to the nearest appropriate drain
• Pump specification and power to be adjusted to reflect individual site requirements / distance waste water needs to be pumped

N.B. All plumbing works should be completed by a qualified plumber.
