WARM-UP

o Two laps around the court to get the blood flowing and the heartpumping
o Then a brief stretch to get the muscles ready for the planned games!

THE BLOB

Instructions
o Escort all participants to the baseline.
o Line all of the participants shoulder to shoulder on baseline.
o Select one person to start the as the blob.
Objective
o The goal of the game is to tag as many people as possible. Once a person is

tagged, they must hold hands the entire game until every participant is apart
of the blob.
Equipment
o Cones

MIND YOUR BUSINESS!!

Instructions
o Participants must form a circle to begin the game
o The first person will be handed a tennis ball then throw to the person of their choice, then

the person receiving will repeat the same but with a different person.
o All participants must remember who they threw the ball to and received the pass from.

The process will be repeated until the game is done.
Objective
o The game ends when all players are extended as far as possible from the beginning circle
Equipment
o Tennis Balls

SNATCH!!

Instructions
o Pencils should be lined in a row on a table in groups of 1 through 8
o Teams of 2 should be accessed
o Place pencils on back of hand, then proceed to grab raise pencil in air to catch with

palm of hand downward
o Each team member must go at least once to grab pencils.
o Teammates can balance
Objective
o The goal is for one team to grab all the pencils before the other team does.
Equipment
o Pencils and Table

BLIND MANS TRAP!!

Instructions
o Select one player to wear a blindfold and they are to be placed into the center of the room.
o Once the player is blindfolded and in position, the other players must stand in one of the four

corners
o The player that is blindfolded will point to one of the corners and all the players in that corner will

be out of the game
o If a player is not in a corner by the time your done counting, that player is out of the game
Objective
o Do not get caught by blind man ( Winner is new blind man)
Equipment
o Cones, Blind Fold

TRUST ME!

Instructions
o Teams will be made of however many as desired.
o Each team will be given a balloon to blow up and tie.
o Teams with be back to back while trying to go down and back around the cone without the

balloon falling to the ground.
o Any technique may be used, once balloon falls, the two must stop while team members place

balloon back on chosen area while still back to back
o NO HANDS ARE ALLOWED IN TECHNIQUE
Objective
o First team down and back wins
Equipment
o Balloon and Cones

CUP PONG

Instructions
o The instructor will create two teams of 2
o Takes turn throwing a table tennis ball into the other team's cups.
o Once a ball lands in a cup, the cup is taken away and the opponent
o If both teammates hit cups, the balls are rolled back and they get to shoot

again
Objective
o Make opponent take away all of their cups
Equipment
o Cups, Table, and Ping Pong Ball

Moving Homes

Instructions
o Walk around the chairs inside of hula hoops when the music starts
o Find a chair to sit in when the music stops
o Leave the game if you're left without a chair
o Remove one more chair and play again
Objective
o Have one player sitting in the last chair
Equipment
o Hula Hoops, Chairs, and Jukebox

Bring it Back

Instructions

o This game is required for the class to be outside
o The two opponents must line up against opposite curves on the concrete
o The players must throw the ball at the curve of the concrete with a ending result of the ball

coming back to them
o The further the person, the more points awarded
o If player steps outside of hula hoop of destination then they forfeit their turn

o Objective

o The goal of the game is hit the score of 10 before the opponent does

Equipment

o Basketball and Hula Hoop

HomeRun

Instructions
Each game starts with a coin toss or paper, rock, scissor. The winner of the coin toss or rock, paper, scissor match shall have the
choice of being home or away.
A minimum of four players must be present to start an official game. If less than four players are present and ready to play
(signed-in, dressed properly etc.), the game will be declared a forfeit 10 minutes after the scheduled game time.
A batting order must be given to the official or supervisor on duty before the game starts. If a team bats (shoots) out of order
then this will be considered an automatic out.
Each game will be nine innings in length or have a 40-minute time limit beginning after the first shot. The Official or Supervisor on
duty will determine the official start time. No inning will start after the time limit has been reached.
Objective
 Have more teammates arrive at home plate then other team.
Equipment
 Basketball with the cover of a baseball

Floor Ball

Instructions
o Player must use sticks to hit ball inside of trashcan
o Trash cans will be placed on two ends of the playing area
o Team will be split into two (one jersey and non jersey)
o The ball will be placed in the middle of the floor
o Two players (one from each team) will try to knock the ball to their side for possession.
o Four 6 mins quarters will be played
Objective
o Knock the ball inside of the trashcan without using any part of your body, only the sticks given.
Equipment
o Trash can, tennis ball, Broom Sticks

Pants On The Ground

Instructions
o Participants must hop inside of sacks down and back around the cones.
o A ball will be given to players.
o Students must be able to balance ball on their head while hopping down and back

around the cone while keeping pants waist height
Objective
o One team has to make it down and back around the cone before the other does
Equipment
o Potato sacks and Tennis Ball

BLOW

Instructions
 Teams will be split into two groups of even numbers.
 Team members will be given a balloon to blow up with as much air as possible
 Cups will be placed at the end of the table below obstacle course of choice.
 Participants will use air from balloons to blow cups around the obstacle course

until the last member on team has gone.
Objective
 The team with who gets all their cups around wins.
Equipment
 Balloons, Cups, and Table
