FOUNDATION

Holes for foundation are 50 cm in diameter, their depth is 80 cm. Side wall

load. As a result columns install in 80 cm depth. The best parameters of required
concrete – H-250-300 kg/m3.

Windows are opened and closed using control panel, electro-gearboxes and
rack&pinion mechanism, which are provided from the leading manufacturers in
the world. Projected windows allow providing better way of ventilation.

Gothic—shaped roof allows to increase open area of the window from 70 cm to
85 cm and keeping opening angle roof windows to 25 degrees.

Greenhouse plastic film cover
with 200-220 micron thickness has
protection from UV light and
EVA. It serves for 3 years and has

For covering front, side and back

perform an additional energy-

CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM



For controlling automatic systems in the

greenhouse POLYCLIM SYSTEM is installed.

That climate control system acts on sensors

information of temperature, humidity, light, rain,

speed and direction wind, controls roof windows

and wall side windows, black shading screen,

circulation and exhaust fans, fogger system. For

every system separate settings can be introduced.

With installing necessary software, it is possible EXTERNAL SENSORS
to control greenhouse systems from office or home.

CIRCULATION FANS

By letting air out, circulation fans spread warmth, humidity and carbon dioxide evenly in interior
greenhouse and create favorable environment for growing plants. They are produced at the factory

of EG. Volume can be 3850 m3/h and 8500 m3/h. Steel base prevents appearance of rust.
Nominal voltage is 220 V, nominal power is 180 W.

ALUMINUM ENERGY-SAVING SCREEN

For decreasing fuel consumption in winter
in greenhouse up to 57 % plastic
aluminum net can be used. It allows to
decrease power consumption and do not
let it out of greenhouse. Besides
decreasing fuel consumption by 25 %, it
also removes 55 % of sunlight. This two-
in-one system suits for regions with abrupt
temperature fall in day and night. Net is
installed with pulleys, wire rope and
transparent polyester wires.

SHADING SCREEN

For decreasing sunlight in
greenhouse shading screen can be
installed, which remove 50-60%
sunlight. Just like aluminum energy-
saving screen, it is installed with
pulleys, wire rope and transparent
polyester wires, but it is used only
for shading. This system is usually
installed with additional energy-
saving system.

WHITE THERMAL SCREEN

White thermal screen is intended for saving
warmth inside greenhouse in winter, decreasing
fuel consumption and electric power. Screen is
three—layered: construction foam is inside and
polymer fabric is outside. Along with black

shading screen,
they constitute
complex system
for “winter” and
“summer”
protection of
greenhouse.

DRIP IRRIGATION SYSTEM

Drip irrigation system consists of polyethylene pipes, valves, drippers, spaghetti
pipe, spike for each seedling, and other components. Drippers located separately
for each seedling allows water with fertilizers to be shared equally.

automatic control of water and fertilizers

delivery

Hydroponic unit is used for automatic control of
water and fertilizers delivery. It can serve up to 4
islands, upload system for 4 different fertilizers
formulas and also can install water delivery time
for one week (choosing days of week) and for
only one day (choosing watering time). This
device has water sensor in order to avoid
excessive drying of soil and damaging of electric
pumps. Also it can control water delivery
manually. It can work with 5 reservoirs of
fertilizers.

FOGGER – COOLING AND HUMIDIFYING SYSTEM

Greenhouse fogger system is the most modern cooling and humidifying system
for agricultural greenhouses. Fogger nozzles with electric pumps produce fog
and by doing that,
cool internal space of
greenhouse, humidify
air and contribute to
higher yields. All
details, pipes and
fittings are connected
with each other.

PAD & FAN – COOLING SYSTEM WITH CELLULOSE PANELS

Nowadays cooling system “Pad & Fan” is strongest cooling system for

greenhouses, which is capable to reduce the temperature inside of greenhouse to

8-10 degrees Celsius. This system consists of exhaust fans, cellulose panels in

front of them, water reservoirs and pumps. When greenhouse is needed to be

cool, the system turns on automatically and supply water from reservoirs. From

opposite side exhaust fans are turned on to exhaust coldness from panels.

RAIL HEATING SYSTEM ON HOT WATER

Nowadays pipe system is modern and convenient system of heating inside

greenhouse. This system is more ecologically clean, less noisy and additionally

heating, it has “rail” function,

which allows to install trolley TICKELMANN SYSTEM

on it (manual or automatic) for

harvesting, this system can

help to decrease labor costs.

This system can used gas,

gasoline, fuel oil or coal

operated boilers (at buyer’s

choice). One of the other

advantages of this system is

opportunity to choose used

fuel, that is ideally suited for

regions suffering from gas

failure.

UNIT HEATER HEATING SYSTEM

Unit Heater system consists of main pipes and
radiator heaters with fans. This system works with
boiler using hot water, and radiator heaters
connected to such a system spread hot air. Unit
Heater system has advantage in wide choices of

possible fuel
(gas, gasoline,
fuel oil or coal).
This system
rapidly heats
greenhouse, and
also uses less
water than pipe
system.
Radiator heaters
are installed on
columns
approximately
every 10
meters.

BOILERS FOR INSTALLATION IN BOILER ROOM

EG may offer four types of boilers – coal,
gas, gas-gasoline and gas-fuel oil operated.
Boilers are produced in Iran in accordance
with International Standard and confirm its
efficiency being used in greenhouses.

Coal half—automatic boiler is produced
with different capacity
(0,5 – 1 – 1,5 – 2 – 2,5
– 5 million kcal) deliver
with reservoir for coal
(200 kg).

Gas automatic boiler is also presented with different capacity
(0,5 – 1 – 1,5 – 2 – 2,5 – 5 million kcal). Gas boiler is
supplied by burner. Besides gas boiler can be installed gas-
gasoline or gas-fuel oil boiler.

HOT AIR HEATING SYSTEM WITHOUT BOILER
This system is used instead of hot
water heating systems. It is less
expensive, and consists of gas heater
150 000 kcal each with burner. These
heaters produce hot air, and spread it

with plastic channels, connected to
them. This system is installed inside
of greenhouse, and works without
boiler.

HYDROPONIC GROW BAGS

Instead of soil cultivation,
hydroponic grow bags can be used.
Using these bags, it is not
necessary to plant in ground, and
all of the micro and macro
fertilisers are delivered directly
using hydroponic unit. Due to the

decreased and risk of plant disease is

Ready hydroponic grow bags consist of cocopeat and
cocochips mixture (50% - 50%) and are delivered in dry.
After filling with water, they increase their volume up to
22 liters. This kind of grow bags are used with ready
seedlings.

Instead of seedling cubes, reusable seedling trays can be
used, which are filled with cocopeat manually. This
method is preferable and well suited for vegetables –
tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and also for strawberry
and other short plants with fragile root.

SINGLE—SPAN SEEDLING GREENHOUSE

In addition to large greenhouse
complexes single—span seedling
greenhouse may be installed. They
are suitable for greenhouses up to
10 hectares in total, and their area
can be 100 – 300 – 500 – 1000 m2.
Greenhouse specification is easy to
handle, and very affordable.

Seedling trays are installed inside
the greenhouse. In one square

meter of greenhouse holds up to 400
seedlings, so 100 m2 greenhouse can fully
provide seedling for up to 2 hectares
greenhouse.

MULTI—SPAN SEEDLING GREENHOUSE
In addition to traditional vegetables, fruits and flowers,
which usually are grown in greenhouses, this greenhouses
also can be used for growing seedlings and for providing it
for other greenhouses. This greenhouses are equipped with
steady tables made of galvanised steel with special grid and
irrigation “boom” - moving platform, which goes through
each span and delivers water and fertilisers.

CROP HANGING SYSTEM

For holding growing plants, helping them to get
enough light, we can use crop hanging system,
which consists of galvanized wires, clamps and
ropes. Its shape contributes to make less shadow

, and white
color reflects
light. This
combination
allows to fix
the plant in a
vertical
position and
pull it to reach
the highest
possible point.

DESALTER

Researches
show, that
excess salts is
the reason of
decreasing
yields. However
if excessive salts
of soil can be
“fixed” by
coconut
substrate or
other materials,
excessive salts
of water may
cause some extensive difficulties. Acceptable amount of salts in water is in
average up to 1000 ppm and for fixing salty water it is necessary to install
desalter.

CO2 GENERATOR

Researches show, that delivered correctly,
CO2 can increase harvest up to 30%. For that
cause EG uses CO2 generators.

Generators QG 95 and QG125 may work at
up to 2000 m2 and 3000 m2, it works on gas
pipe which is connected to them and distributes carbon dioxide through the
greenhouse for stimulation of plants growth.

WATER RESERVOIRS

EG water reservoirs can serve for
storage of drinking and technical
water. They are easy to install, don’t
need foundation (is installed on
concrete ring) and can be filled up
to 2000 m3. Reservoirs are made of
galvanized steel sheets which are
fixed by bolts and nuts, that allow
easy to disassemble and change
their location. Height varies from
80 cm up to 5 m, diameter from 3 m
up to 30 m. Reservoirs has two
layers inside, protection white layer
and geomembrane. Geomembrane
is black and suitable for storage of drinking water, white layer protects

geomembrane from contact with
steel, bolts and nuts. For protection
water from evaporation and
putrefaction can be installed
floating roof in reservoir. Also can
be installed two type of cone-
shaped roofs, it is polymer and
galvanized.
