DMS Town Hall – Valuing Feedback
Our monthly departmental meeting is conducted to ensures alignment across one or several teams and creates
a space to problem-solve collectively, to learn, and progress as a group. This meeting is held on second week of
every month.
• Weekly Meetings with Team Coaches: Weekly meetings are conducted with Team Coaches where they
share their thoughts to identify the issues and concerns of their teams and how to overcome them
effectively.
• Weekly Management Meetings: Weekly Management meetings are conducted with leaders of each
division in Data Management and focus on our workplace’s culture and its improvement and other
relative aspects like new initiatives, team engagement.
