Warranty

SEATING 7 YEARS; FULL OR LIMITED

From the date of delivery, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. Akin defines normal usage
per application for which the item was designed. Warranty does not apply to damage or defects caused by misuse, improper
cleaning, incorrect handling, unsuitable environmental conditions (direct sunlight or HVAC exposure), or failure to maintain the
product in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. Warranty will not apply if the product has been subjected to any
alteration, modification, repair or attachment unless carried out by an authorized Akin service agent. Custom product warranties
may vary. This warranty does not include any freight damage. All damage claims need to be filed with the delivering company.

Exceptions to this warranty include:

a) Fabrics and Customers Own Materials; not warranted
b) Casters- 2 years
c) Foam and Recliner Mechanisms - 1 year
d) Sleeper Mechanisms - 1 year
e) Dining chairs are not to be moved by using the arms while occupied

All seating can be upholstered with appropriate material furnished by the customer. Yardage requirements shown are based on the
use of non-directional fabric, 54” wide. When ordering 5 or more COM chairs, please consult Customer Service for exact yardage
requirements. If your COM has a pattern or stripe or is less than 54” wide, contact Customer Service for yardage requirements.
Akin will not assume the responsibility for the durability, tailoring, appearance or other qualities of customer furnished coverings.

All COM Orders must have the following:
