About the Author

Andrew Romans is the co-founder and co-chairman of Georgetown
Alumni Angels, a growing group of angels that invest in seed rounds for tech-
nology startups. He is also the founder and general partner of The Founders
Club, a venture capital equity exchange fund and direct secondary venture
capital fund.
