Explanotory Notes To make it easier the finding and use of documents and archive items, the finding assistance book was created. Images, articles, and other sources from a range of sources are included in the contents that are available. To make it easier for researchers to identify and obtain the necessary information, a finding aid book has been created. All items are categorized in accordance with the collection type, which also contains a brief inventory and description of particular materials. Finding aids' information is produced using materials from Malaysia's National Archives. Both non-electronic and electronic sources of information can be used to gather data. Images, articles, and other sources from a range of sources are included in the contents that are available. The goal of the finding aid book is to make it easier for researchers to identify and obtain the necessary data. The kind of collection, which comprises a straightforward inventory and description of certain resources, determines how all materials are categorized. The content of the finding aids is produced using the resources from the National Archives of Malaysia. The history of "Tok Janggut" is the subject that will be covered in this assignment.

Introduction to OFA Official documents, private documents, memorial and library resources, as well as other items, are all preserved and guarded by the National Archives. The collection of archival materials comprises of files, publications, newspapers/magazines, letters of agreement, audio-visual materials, royal archives, private letters, private records and archives, microfilms, photographs, maps, plans, and charts. Finding help resources can be produced by NARA, other Federal agencies, publishers, and private organizations and parties. Finding aids, which are analytical instruments like manuals, inventories, or catalogues, are used to characterize archival documents and manuscript collections. Details on the size, substance, format, time period, and arrangement of the documents or records are frequently included in a finding guide, as well as information about the author and place of origin. Rather than at the item level, most collections are specified at the folder level. The number of containers in the collection or a measurement in linear or cubic feet are additional ways to describe its size. a description of the collection's breadth and content, including details on the material's nature, formats, and applications. This section often summarizes the most notable individuals, teams, events, and subjects that are covered in the collection.
History of Tok Janggut During the Kelantan insurrection, Haji Hassan bin Munas, a Malay fighter who was born in 1853 and passed away on June 25, 1915, was in Malaysia's Kelantan. The nick name Tok Janggut for Haji Mohd Hassan Bin Munas. Tok Janggut obtained his early schooling in Mecca and Kelantan before moving to Pasir Puteh, Kelantan, where he was born in Kampung Jeram. Silat, a martial technique from Malaysia, is something he is an expert at. In the Kelantan palace, his father, Panglima Munas, held the position of commander. After identifying Janggut as the culprit in 1915, Latiff dispatched Sergeant Sulaiman and six other police officers to apprehend him. 2,000 of his supporters, many of whom were armed, were gathered around him when the police discovered him. Tok Janggut did not attempt to flee; instead, he resisted the officers' advances and maintained his position. Seargeant Sulaiman was wounded by a keris stab from Janggut during a heated altercation. To put down the uprising, 1,500 British soldiers marched to Pasir Puteh in May 1915. But when Tok Janggut heard about it, he told his supporters to leave. He hid in the forest with the other rebel commanders to escape the soldiers. The soldiers' objective having been unsuccessful, they left for Singapore on May 17. Tok Janggut emerged from hiding following the withdrawal of the British forces.

Conclusion We learned a great deal about the abilities needed to use and locate significant resources in the search tools of the National Archives of Malaysia as a result of completing this task, and that's what we took away from it. It prepares us and offers us a great and beneficial experience as students in this sector of information management where we need to understand and have expertise utilizing these search tools. In addition, we learned a great deal about the Malay Warrior's past. The history of the Malaysian fighter is one of the most fascinating historical subjects since, through this assignment, we can observe all the events and dates that have been documented as days that have been celebrated since the Tok Janggut's founding. It informs us about the kings' early lives, the coronation ritual, their private lives, their accomplishments, and their ancestors, the Tok Janggut. We can comprehend and learn more about this subject.
