1. Introduction I am a third-year student studying akidah and religion at Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), Nur Auni Asiyah binti Othman. I have enrolled in the subject AEN3183, Dakwah Electronic and Campaign Course. This subject is divided into several classes: KAD, KAA, KAE, and KAD2. The class I sat in was the KAD class taught by Puan Norsimaa binti Mustaffa. The purpose of this subject is to introduce students to the method of preaching through electronic media. This subject will reveal concepts and tools that students will practice in preaching elements in the real world. In this course, the course coordinator intends to implement the Service-Learning MalaysiaUniversity for Society (SULAM) Program, which needs to be held to meet the course assessment for the subject AEN3183, Electronic Propaganda and Campaigns. By implementing this program, one can obtain potential elements of high-impact learning (HIEPs; high-impact educational practices). To achieve that goal, the students need to use all the elements that have been taught by the course coordinator in the real world. So, with that, this SULAM program is done to open space for students to practise what has been taught in class in the outside world. At the beginning, students can generate ideas by looking for specific targets (SHAMS and SMAP Labu school students) to solve issues and problems through mass media methods. The main purpose of this SULAM program is to improve student learning via the integration of Naqli and Aqli, as stated in the opening of the USIM INaQ, in this world and in the hereafter (2021). I, along with eight other students, were assigned by the course coordinator to collaborate with Sekolah Kebangsaan Taman Tasik Jaya (STAJA), Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Agama Sheikh Hj Mohd Said (SHAMS), and Sekolah Menengah Agama Persekutuan, Labu (SMAP Labu) in making the SULAM program a success.

2. Critical Reflection ‘Before’ All nine of us were given the task to implement the SULAM program at STAJA by our course coordinator, Dr Kartini binti Kamaruzzaman and Dr Norsimaa binti Mustaffa. Following that, we held a meeting to discuss the SULAM project organization chart in order to ensure the smooth running of the SULAM program at STAJA Together with SHAMS and SMAP Labu students. The purpose of choosing a specific organizational structure is to clarify relationships, lines of authority and ways of communicating in a way that best suits the particular organization or enterprise (Gleeson, 2019). Each individual who has been appointed must understand their respective positions and work movements and have a team spirit that supports each other to ensure that this SULAM program runs smoothly. The chart below shows the list of committees that have been appointed to run the SULAM program at STAJA; Director Asilah binti Mahd Shafia Vice Director Hurul Ain binti Nazri Secretary Nurul Syuhada binti Hasbullah Multimedia Unit Nur Hafizah binti Abd Razak Nor Asirah Hayati binti Azman@Rezana Nur Zarifah binti Mohamed Protocol Unit Fatin Auni binti Sholahudin Nur Auni Asiyah binti Othman Ku Afiqah binti Ku Rosman Next, the course coordinator, together with the student leader AEN3183, visited the STAJA school to identify issues and problems that may occur among students. Therefore, the course coordinator issued a list of issues that may be the topic of the SULAM program at STAJA. Furthermore, the course coordinator has arranged a meeting with all students taking the AEN3183 course for a briefing related to the SULAM program on June 7, 2023, in the VIP meeting room at the Faculty of Leadership and Management.

Among the topics listed by the course coordinator during the meeting are the themes of bullying, morals, and the reading of the Quran at school. A follow-up from that was also shared with the tentative SULAM program by our course coordinator. After discussing with the group members, we agreed to make the theme of bullying the main SULAM topic for our group. So, following that, we each started sketching tasks to be carried out during SULAM. As a final word, the SULAM program will be held on 14th June 2023. The diagram below refers to the meeting situation that was conducted by Dr. Kartini binti Kamaruzzaman and Dr. Norsimaa binti Mustaffa. The theme for our group is Be A Buddy, Not A Bully. The reason we chose this title is because nowadays the status of bullying cases is increasing day by day. According to Suliati Asri, bullying cases seem to have no end until some cause death (Asri, 2022). After that, we started planning to make a video recording as stated by our course coordinator, which is a Behind the Scenes (BTS) video and a campaign video. The video must be three minutes long and have interesting elements that can attract interest. As early as May 11, 2023, we started the initial recording session for our preaching video. Below is a picture of our meeting to implement the campaign video recording session;

In the process of producing this video, the constraint we faced was deciding when to get together. This is because all of us are from different majors. Some of them are from Dakwah courses, and some of us are from multimedia courses. So, the time for us to gather becomes one of the challenges in realizing this video. Apart from that, time constraints were also undeniably a challenge in producing this video. Not all of us have the same free time. Sometimes we have to meet in a hurry, and sometimes we lack group members during the meeting. Because of that, there is a lot of room for misunderstandings about the storyline and movement of our group campaign videos. To overcome this constraint, we decided to conduct part of our meetings online. For the video production session, only certain units will be involved to save waiting time

3. Critical Reflect ‘During’ After carrying out the meeting with the course coordinator, preparations for the SULAM program were held until the day of the incident. All 180 students moved to Taman Tasik Jaya National School as early as 6.30 am. On our way to STAJA, all USIM students involved in the SULAM program were required to answer survey questions that had been prepared by student representatives from each group through a Google Form link. We arrived at STAJA around 7.30am. At the beginning, we were gathered at Taman Tasik Jaya Public Hall. Each of the SULAM groups will send a representative to engage in the ExploreSTREAM activities involving Taman Tasik Jaya school students. There we also await the arrival of SULAM participants, namely SHAMS and SMAP Labu students. Performances from STAJA's first grade students livened up the opening ceremony of the ExploraceSTREAM program. At exactly 8.30 am, the USIM-STAJA ExploreSTREAM speech and opening session took place. The picture below explains the situation when all SULAM participants were gathered at the Tama Tasik Jaya Public Hall;

After the launch session of the Explore STREAM program, all SULAM participants were moved to the Taman Tasik Jaya school building. The Baitul Hikmah STAJA school resource center became the main location where we were gathered according to our respective groups together with students from SHAMS and SMAP Labu. Each group will be given three to four students from the following schools to help with the SULAM activity implementation session. Before the start of the program, we invited Tuan Lim Jooi Soon as a guest speaker to give a little talk about 'Dakwah and TikTok'. The SULAM session then continued with the briefing session "Dakwah Model and Digital Campaign: Integration of Naqli and Aqli Knowledge" by Dr Kartini binti Kamaruzzaman and Dr Norsimaa binti Mustaffa. Attached with Tuan Lim Jooi Soon's picture and the briefing session from Dr Norsimaa below;

So, once the talk and briefing session was over, the students were released to do their own SULAM video activities. However, before the students and participants are released, the protocol unit is required to distribute the questionnaire before SULAM to the participants in a group consisting of students from SHAMAS and SMAP Labu. After that, all the groups moved to their respective locations. Each group is given a task to perform a 3.00-minute video that has preaching elements. Many locations were given to carry out the video recording process, among them the surau on the ground floor, the J-QAF room next to the resource center and the green screen room located opposite the resource center. Our group decided to first discuss in the resource center about the suitable location to carry out the video making activity.

Our preferred locations are the school sidewalk and the classroom because the slogan of our sermon is "Be A Buddy, Not A Bully". The multimedia unit is responsible for arranging SULAM video filming sessions. While the protocol unit prepares for the food distribution session at 1 p.m. The challenge in video production here is the time constraints and the search for a suitable location, as planned in the previous meeting. The time allocated to produce a preaching video is two hours, starting at 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. The video must be submitted to the course coordinator for the evaluation session. Therefore, our time is best used for the making of the SULAM video with the participants involved. At exactly 1.00 pm, the protocol unit for each group started distributing food to the participants. From 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm, we were given space for rest, lunch and Zohor prayer before the closing ceremony. 4. Critical Reflect ‘After’ All participants are asked to reassemble at the Baitul Hikmah Library at 2:00 p.m. Before the closing ceremony, all students and participants must complete a tedious survey regarding their experience with the SULAM program and turn it in to the course coordinators, Drs. Kartini Biti Kamaruzzaman and Norsimaa Binti Mustaffa. The group that created the greatest SULAM video will now be awarded prizes. A closing remark by YBrs. Prof. Dr. Mohd Yahya Mohameed Ariffin, Dean of USIM's Faculty of Leadership and Management, was then given, and there was a session when souvenirs were presented to representatives of the teachers from STAJA, SHAMS, and SMAP Labu schools. So, prior to getting ready to leave for home on that particular occasion, we used the chance to snap pictures with every member of our team.

6. Conclusion and Recommendation In conclusion, this SULAM Program provides many benefits to students in realizing the concept of dakwah virtually in the real world. SULAM aims to improve Naqli and Aqli values among today's youth. According to Prof. Dr. Amir Shaharuddin, Director of Usim Management Centre, "The SULAM programme is seen to be able to foster a spirit of cooperation, complement each other, build critical and creative thinking, as well as develop communication and leadership skills that become the backbone of individual skills, especially when facing the threshold of evolution 4.0." (Sharifuddin, 2023). On this occasion, we can share some recommendations and improvements that can be made for the SULAM program in the future. First of all, it is proposed to increase the number of participants among high school students. That said, when we were there, the expected number of participants was low. That does not include those absent for unavoidable reasons. Furthermore, the number of USIM students and participants from SHAMS and SMAP Labu schools is unbalanced, making the work very limited. In fact, some of us could not contribute much because the number of students in one group was too large. This situation will lead to the problem of free riders, that is, those who only depend on each other without making any efforts themselves. Apart from that, the improvement that can be shared is to further increase the number of activities in the SULAM Program. This SULAM program must be interesting and capable of attracting the interest of students. It can be seen among the students and participants that some are not interested, especially during the Lim Jooi Soon talk session and the module briefing. Accordingly, it gives a bad image to the progress of SULAM activities itself. So, to overcome this problem, perhaps involving students in more activities can attract their interest again, such as quizzes that involve all groups. Finally, this SULAM program must be continued from generation to generation. This is because the SULAM program is able to nurture students in building self-confidence to preach. It can be proven from the participants who participated in SULAM at STAJA 2023, most of them are more courageous to rise forward as a result of the elements brought by the Electronic Dakwah and Campaign activities. They are more open to preaching to the public, especially through the mass media. Therefore, it is important that we maintain the SULAM program to produce more generations of young preachers among today's youth.
