46 A Bibliometric Analysis of Blockchain Technology in the Tourism Sector: Using Bibliometric R-tool Du Yiqun1 , Rosmah Mohamed1* and Yee Choy Leong1 1School of Business and Economics, Universiti Putra Malaysia *Corresponding author: [email protected] ABSTRACT The application of Industry 4.0 (I4.0) technologies has transformed all aspects of the tourism industry. Furthermore, the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic is a driving factor in integrating I4.0 technology with the tourism industry. Little evidence is available on how I4.0 technologies, such as blockchain aid the tourism industry, specifically in the post-pandemic era. Thus, this review aims to provide insights into the developing research trend that integrates blockchain technology into the tourism industry. A systematic literature network analysis (SLNA) is adopted to accomplish the objectives and address the research questions. This approach involves a systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis. A corpus of 192 studies between 2017 and 2022 gathered from the Scopus database was applied for analysis and performed using Biblioshiny R-studio technique. Resultantly, the application of blockchain technology gained popularity in recent years. The findings also indicated that most research was performed in developed economies although lacking in emerging and developing economies. The studies indexed in the Scopus database were included for review purposes. Moreover, this study only examined the tourism industry. Practitioners in the tourism sector should refer to the results of this study from several perspectives to gain a fresh understanding and perception of the issue to facilitate their current and future operations and strategies. Several novel domains were presented in this study, specifically in terms of methodology and research context. Qualitative research methodology was used by involving a semi-structured in-depth interview procedure with seven Muslim SME entrepreneurs. Thematic analysis was performed using Atlas.ti software. 8.0. The findings of this study outline various opportunities that Muslim SME entrepreneurs can take advantage of, such as increased demand for Halal products, higher awareness of Islamic values, and Islamic financing support. However, they also face threats such as fierce market competition, limited resources, and challenges in maintaining Halal integrity. Understanding these opportunities and threats can help Muslim SME entrepreneurs make wise decisions and plan effective strategies to maximize potential and overcome challenges they may face. Further research and strategic interventions are recommended to support the development and success of Muslim SME entrepreneurs in this industry. 48 Hubungan antara Persekitaran Kerja, Kepimpinan dan Motivasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dalam Kalangan Pekerja Industri Perhotelan di Johor Bahru Mazlina Che Malek1*, Mohamad Azra Hafifi Fazli1 dan Nadwatul Husna Mustapha1 1 Universiti Islam Selangor *Pengarang koresponden: [email protected] ABSTRAK Kajian ini dijalankan adalah bertujuan untuk mengenalpasti hubungan antara persekitaran kerja, kepimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kajian ini dijalankan dalam kalangan pekerja di dua buah hotel iaitu The Fives Hotel Johor Bahru dan GBW Hotel di Johor Bahru. Dalam kajian ini, penyelidik mengkaji faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja bagi pekerja di dua buah hotel di Johor Bahru. Instrumen kajian yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah satu set borang soal selidik atas talian yang mengandungi 6 item untuk demografi dan 31 item berskala Likert. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kuantitatif dan sampel sebanyak 105 orang responden yang terdiri daripada pekerja di The Fives Hotel Johor Bahru dan GBW Hotel. Data yang diperolehi telah dianalisis menggunakan perisian Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 29 untuk melihat purata, peratusan, kekerapan, korelasi pearson dan analisis regrasi berganda. Hasil dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa terdapat hubungan antara persekitaran kerja, kepimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Korelasi pearson bagi persekitaran kerja (r = .597**), kepimpinan (r = .694**) dan motivasi (r = .763**) ialah signifikan < 0.001. Ini menunjukkan bahawa kebanyakkan responden mempunyai pendangan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja mereka. Dapatan analisis regrasi bagi motivasi, signifikan < 0.001 serta β = 0.514 dan ini menunjukkan bahawa faktor paling mempengaruhi kepuasan pekerja ialah motivasi kerja. Dari aspek praktikal, hasil kajian ini juga turut menyumbang beberapa faedah dan kebaikan terhadap organisasi yang dikaji. Pihak hotel disarankan untuk memfokuskan aspek motivasi dalam organisasi seperti pelaksanaan bonus untuk kehadiran penuh, latihan yang bersesuaian dengan kemahiran pekerja dan kenaikan gaji berdasarkan prestasi kerja. 49 The Relationship between Organizational Psychosocial Safety Climate (PCS) and Lecturers' Career Satisfaction Izzah Athirah Zulmatdrianto1 , Nadwatul Husna Mustapha1* and Mazlina Che Malek1 1 Universiti Islam Selangor *Corresponding author: [email protected] ABSTRACT Occupational safety and health (OSH) have attracted increasing attention in Malaysia in recent years, including the academic sector. Malaysia's educational system is similar to the educational systems found in most parts of the world. The function of a modern educator includes rigorous instructional standards and administrative duties. The negative implications of poor health and psychological consequences can have a profound impact on various aspects of teaching performance, including self-esteem, work satisfaction, absenteeism, decision-making, and judgement. In the United States, it has been reported that 51% of teachers experience stress several days a week, with 40% leaving the profession within the first five years. Similarly, in Malaysia, the National Union of Teaching Profession (NUTP) in 2022 estimated that over the past few years, more than 10,000 teachers have opted for early retirement due to the significant workload and stress they experience. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between psychosocial safety climate (PCS) and career satisfaction among lecturers. This study is focusing on lecturer because the job nature is similar with teachers. This study uses a quantitative method with a questionnaire instrument. The sample of this study involved a total of 88 respondents which consisted of lecturers in International Islamic University College Selangor (IIUCS). Data analysis using Statistical Packages for Social Sciences for Windows version 27 (SPSS). The statistical tests used are descriptive analysis, Cronbach Alpha, and Pearson Correlation. The findings indicate that there is a moderate positive relationship between organizational commitment, management priority, organizational communication, organizational participation, and involvement with career satisfaction among lecturers. Notably, the results highlight that organizational commitment has the greatest impact on career satisfaction among lecturers in IIUCS. Keywords: Psychosocial safety climate, career satisfaction


50 Pengaruh Personaliti Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Guru Umairah Insyirah Mohd Asri1 , Alawiyah Tengah1* dan Nur Husna Mohamad Husin1 1 Fakulti Pengurusan & Muamalah, Universiti Islam Selangor *Pengarang koresponden: [email protected] ABSTRAK Tekanan kerja menyebabkan tindak balas psikologi dan emosi yang tidak terkawal yang timbul dalam kerjaya keguruan terutamanya semasa fasa dan pasca pandemik Covid-19. Karakter dan prestasi kerja guru seperti tahap motivasi, kestabilan emosi serta penerimaan terhadap perubahan amat diperlukan bagi memikul tanggungjawab yang dijalankan termasuk dalam menangani isu dan cabaran semasa. Penyelidikan ini dijalankan. adalah untuk mengkaji Personaliti Big Five dan pengaruhnya terhadap prestasi kerja dalam kalangan guru di tiga buah sekolah kebangsaan di daerah Klang, Selangor. Terdapat tiga objektif dalam kajian ini iaitu mengenalpasti tahap prestasi kerja, mengkaji pengaruh antara Personaliti Big Five terhadap prestasi kerja guru dan mengenalpasti elemen Personaliti Big Five yang paling dominan yang mempengaruhi prestasi kerja guru di sekolah kebangsaan terpilih. Kaedah kajian yang digunakan adalah berbentuk kuantitatif. Sebanyak 240 soal selidik diedarkan kepada responden dan data kajian dianalisis menggunakan perisian SPSS versi 29. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa tahap prestasi guru bagi ketiga-tiga dimensi adalah tinggi iaitu kualiti kerja (4.66), mutu kerja (4.37) dan ketepatan masa (4.06). Analisa regresi menunjukkan Personaliti Big Five Ekstraversi, Keterbukaan, Kehematan dan Neurotisme mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja guru, manakala Kepersetujuan tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan. Pembolehubah tidak bersandar Kehematan merupakan faktor yang paling dominan yang mempengaruhi prestasi kerja guru iaitu β = 0.420. Kajian ini secara emperikal, membantu pihak sekolah dan Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (KPM) dalam merangka mekanisma untuk meningkatkan prestasi guru. Kajian akan datang disarankan untuk mengkaji faktor yang lain seperti etika Islam dan kesejahteraan pekerja dan hubungannya terhadap prestasi keria guru. This is due to the important role of leaders’ in determining organizations’ performance and achievement. Apart from leadership, emotional intelligence has emerged as topic of interest in relation towards leadership. According to recent researches, emotional intelligence is a crucial component of effective leadership style. In general, it is assumed that emotional intelligence helps leader to make good decisions and provides a better understanding on their working environment. The main objective of this study is to determine the most influential construct in the relationship between emotional intelligence and transformational leadership. The constructs of emotional intelligence are known as self-emotion appraisal, emotion appraisal of others, use of emotion and regulation of emotion. A sample of 169 academics at Politeknik Premier Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah are involved as respondents of the study. The Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ-5x Short) and the Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS) is used to evaluate academics’ perceptions on emotional intelligence and transformational leadership style. Result of the study are presented in the final section. Regulation of emotion has been identified as the most influential construct (β = 0.365, p < 0.001). In addition, implications of findings are discussed including suggestions for researchers and practitioners for future references. Kepuasan kerja dalam organisasi ini pula seringkali menjadi salah satu topik hangat yang sering dibincangkan berikutan kepentingannya dalam memastikan kejayaan sesebuah organisasi. Justeru, kajian ini dijalankan bertujuan untuk menilai tahap kepuasan pekerja serta menentukan hubungan antara amalan pengurusan sumber manusia meliputi dimensi penyeliaan, sistem penilaian prestasi, gaji dan kenaikan pangkat serta latihan dan pembangunan dengan kepuasan pekerja di Majlis Daerah Sabak Bernam (MDSB), Selangor. Data yang diperolehi melalui borang soal selidik daripada sejumlah 155 orang responden yang terdiri daripada kakitangan di MDSB dianalisa menggunakan perisian IBM SPSS iaitu dengan menjalankan analisis deskriptif dan korelasi pearson. Hasil analisis mendapati bahawa tahap kepuasan pekerja berada pada tahap yang tinggi serta terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan di antara keempat-empat amalan pengurusan sumber manusia iaitu penyeliaan, sistem penilaian prestasi, gaji dan kenaikan pangkat serta latihan dan pembangunan dengan kepuasan pekerja di MDSB Selangor. The primary goal of this survey is to discover the most influential reward that influences the work performance of the academic staff at this university. A total of 90 questionnaires were distributed, and the data obtained were analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 27.0. Statistical techniques including regression analysis and descriptive statistics were used to evaluate the data collected. The salary amount and fringe benefits were chosen as the types of reward for this study. The results reveal that the most influential reward influences the work performance of academic staff at this private university as a fringe benefit. As a result, the findings of this study are aimed to support the university in managing and overseeing the rewards given to academic staff in order to optimize their work performance even further, delivering quality education to students, providing opportunities for career growth, and enhancing the university's reputation. Furthermore, the quality of human resources greatly influences their performance in reaching the organization’s objectives. This study was conducted to examine the relationship between non-financial benefits with the job performance of academic employees at private university area Klang valley. Nonfinancial benefits comprise of fringe benefit i.e., health insurance, bonus and incentive, and praise from superior is measured as independent variable. Performance of worker is measured in terms of satisfaction of remuneration scheme, passing student rate and student retake subject. This study using quantitative methodology and data has been collected using questionnaires instrument distributed to academic employee at private university area Klang valley. The results show fringe benefit factor significantly affects academic employee's job performance, beta value which is β 0.645 (p <0.001). This result concludes that it’s important the organization should adopt a complete strategy toward worker’s performance by recognizing the value of non-financial benefits. Accordingly, academic researchers have been enormously focusing on this particular domain. As a result, it is deemed acknowledged research trends and themes are rising in this domain. Therefore, it is indeed crucial to explore the research trends in this particular topic to allow future researchers to find scopes for further study. Consequently, this study aims to explore the research publication trend, themes, and scopes for further study. To achieve this objective, both Scopus and the Web of Science databases were used to gauge the research publications relevant to green human resource management. A total refined of 396 documents were taken to perform bibliometric analysis. The findings showed a gradual growth in the publication in recent years at a significant pace. Furthermore, mainly three themes were observed namely, green human resource management linked to environmental management and green behavior, sustainability and performance, and green innovation and green intellectual capital. These findings enable future researchers to learn the existing themes that have already been emphasized which creates new opportunities for future studies. Policymakers may find these findings crucial to observe the current role of human resource management from different sectors which allow them to support further studies for robust output. Walaupun kaedah ini menjadi terkenal kerana ianya menawarkan peluang untuk mengikuti pelbagai jenis program latihan serta mempelajari ilmu tanpa batas geografi, perkara yang menjadi persoalan utama adalah bagaimanakah keberkesanan program latihan tersebut. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji adakah komunikasi yang berkesan akan memberikan impak terhadap keberkesanan program latihan tersebut. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pandangan serta potensi dengan mengintegrasikan teori-teori Islam dan barat dalam keberkesanan program latihan. Dalam kajian ini, penyelidikan kualitatif digunakan dengan pengumpulan data melalui pembacaan penyelidikan lepas. Data-data dikumpul secara triangulasi bagi meningkatkan kesahan data. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa integrasi kedua-dua teori ini mampu meningkatkan lagi keberkesanan program latihan terutama dalam aspek komunikasi di antara keduadua belah pihak semasa sesi latihan. Hasil kajian ini diharap dapat memberikan maklumat untuk mengenalpasti ekspresi emosi dan pemahaman tentang tindakbalas emosi dalam sesi latihan. Ianya juga diharap akan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang penerapan Teori Komunikasi Islam dan Teori Emosi Paul Ekman semasa sesi latihan atas talian. 58 A Bibliometric Analysis of Employee Digital Literacy: Current Status and Future Research Directions Zhang Ziqiong1 and Rosmah Mohammed1* 1School of Business and Economics, Universiti Putra Malaysia, Malaysia *Corresponding author: [email protected] ABSTRACT In the contemporary professional landscape, there has been a significant increase in the adoption of digital technologies, emphasizing the crucial need for employee digital literacy across various industries and occupational roles. This paper presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of employee digital literacy, examining its current status, scientific structure, and future research directions. Following the PRISMA guidelines and employing bibliometric methods, the study evaluates academic articles on employee digital literacy, analyzing a total of 99 selected articles through descriptive analysis, citation analysis, and keyword co-occurrence analysis. The results indicate a thriving phase of development in the research on employee digital literacy. Noteworthy subject areas, influential authors, journals, articles, and countries have been identified. Through keyword and term co-occurrence analysis, the current state of development in this field and five future directions are outlined. Given the limited availability of literature reviews on employee digital literacy, this study contributes to the theoretical foundation and offers guidance for digital learning and training in academia. Exploring employee digital literacy can aid organizations in effectively adapting to the challenges of digital transformation and enhancing their competitive edge. A leader needs to ensure that the teams within the organization can break down the company's vision and mission into actionable work programs that support the achievement of organizational performance. Performance can be seen as the outcome or output of specific processes carried out by all components of the organization towards the utilization of resources (inputs). It requires the involvement of available resources within the organization to successfully achieve the organization's goals. This study aims to investigate whether leadership influences organizational performance in cooperatives located in Subang Regency. The research adopts a quantitative data analysis method, where data is obtained through questionnaires from a sample of 86 cooperatives out of a total population of 450 active cooperatives in the regency. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The analysis technique employed in this study is simple linear regression analysis. The results of the research indicate that leadership has an impact on organizational performance. The results of this study show that the leadership of the cooperative chairman of the 86 sampled influential cooperatives was positively correlated with organizational performance in cooperatives in the Subang district. To improve organizational performance, the role of all available resources within the organization, including leadership at the cooperative's helm, is essential for achieving success. High performance orientation reflects the needs of an individual for achievement in human development, economically prosperous and competitively successful. This indicates the nature of high-performance orientation is crucial to the development of skills and abilities in human capital development. Under Look East Policy (LEP), training and courses is one of the strategies implemented under Look East Policy since 1982 to produce a group of Malaysians with positive work ethics and value for Malaysian development. Under this strategy, the government has been dispatching the students and officials to the East Countries, i.e., South Korea and Japan. The LEP participants are expected to emulate this dimension during their stay in South Korea as the process of human capital development. This study aims to assess the impact of performance orientation on human capital development among LEP participants. A quantitative study was conducted with 202 LEP participants who graduated and completed their study and training from South Korea. The findings show that both dimensions of performance orientation namely performance goal and mastery goal are strongly related to human capital development and significantly explained in human capital development. Multiple regression indicates performance goal dimension strongly influences human capital development and followed by mastery goal. This demonstrates that LEP participants focus more on displaying skills and abilities, followed by competency development. Hence, the emulation of Korean performance orientation has contributed to the development of skills and abilities of the LEP participants. The main objective of LEP to develop human capital has been achieved through the emulation of Korean working culture particularly performance orientation dimension. The government should consider the value of Korean performance orientation as an added value for human capital development. This study examines trends in turnover intention publications, the most common turnover intention topics, and conducts a literature review to understand what has been done to date. Using bibliometric analysis, this paper summarizes 338 publications from the Scopus database on turnover intentions in the education sector between 1986 and 2022. The results of the analysis show that the number of turnover intention publications is increasing and the research topics are as follows: turnover intention and turnover, factors of turnover intention in higher education, turnover intention and burnout, and turnover intention and retention. In addition, future research areas identified based on VOSviewer will explore potential literature gaps in professional identity, work engagement, and motivation. The higher level of employee commitment to the organization, the greater the employee's work contribution, even exceeding the job description commonly known as organizational citizenship behavior. This aims to analyze the role of affective commitment in mediating the effect of psychological well-being and religiosity on organizational citizenship behavior of lecturers and staff at University Darussalam Gontor. The data collected by probability simple random sampling technique from primary sources by distributing questionnaire to 58 samples which is determined based on the calculation of slovin formula from 140 populations including all lecturers and staff who stays within campus continuously. Path analysis test, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination test used to test data. The study finds that affective commitment negatively mediated the relation of psychological well-being and religiosity on organizational citizenship behavior of lecturers and staff at University Darussalam Gontor. As the result, the hospital's performance has decreased significantly. This study aims to explain the influence of competence and Islamic teamwork towards the performance with work stress as intervening variable. This research used a quantitative descriptive method with total sample of 98 respondents from some Islamic Hospitals employees through questionnaires by using Partial Least Square (PLS) as the analysis method. The results showed that competence influences performance at P values of 0.011 < 0.05, Islamic teamwork influences performance at P values of 0.000 < 0.05, competence does not influence work stress at P values of 0.655 > 0.05, Islamic teamwork does not influence work stress at P values of 0.869 < 0.05, work stress influences performance at P values of 0.046 < 0.05, competence does not influence performance mediated work stress at P values of 0.615 > 0.05, and Islamic teamwork does not influence performance by mediated work stress at P values of 0.854 > 0.05. Those, the result could be concluded as increasing the competence and Islamic teamwork of Islamic Hospitals employees will reduce to face out work stress in producing good performance optimally. Walaupun penggunaan teknologi dalam pertanian sangat signifikan, kebanyakan pekebun kecil enggan beralih kepada teknologi baharu serta teragak-agak untuk melabur dalam teknologi baharu. Hal ini menjejaskan jumlah pengeluaran, produktiviti dan pendapatan pekebun kecil. Di samping itu, pada tahun 2018, pekebun kecil di Semenanjung Malaysia menghadapi kejatuhan pendapatan yang besar, iaitu kira-kira RM1,250. Oleh itu, kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti amalan semasa pekebun kecil dan penggunaan teknologi pertanian dalam kehidupan. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kualitatif dengan melaksanakan temu bual separa berstruktur dalam kalangan pekebun kecil di Selangor. Teori domestik digunakan sebagai garis panduan pembangunan rangka kerja konseptual dan sebagai panduan untuk wawancara separa berstruktur. Berdasarkan temu bual yang dijalankan, kebanyakan pekebun kecil telah menggabungkan teknologi pertanian dalam kehidupan seharian mereka terutama dalam aktiviti pembajaan, pembenihan dan penuaian. Penemuan ini mampu memperluaskan pengetahuan penyelidik berkenaan dengan pengadaptasian teknologi pertanian melalui fasa teori domestikasi. Oleh itu, kajian ini memberikan implikasi penting kepada pekebun kecil untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi mereka dengan penggunaan teknologi pertanian dalam aktiviti pengurusan pertanian seperti penanaman, pembenihan, persenyawaan, aplikasi racun herba dan penuaian. This rule is a branch rule of the fifth basic fiqh rule, which examines custom, or ‘urf, which is a good habit that has been done by many people over time. This can be used as a legal basis in line with the development of customary values in society. The term 'urf' itself is divided into two, namely 'urf' shahih and 'urf fasid. The 'urf shahih is a community custom that is still within the corridors of Shara', while the 'urf fasid is a community custom that contradicts Shara'. This 'urf shahih can be used as a reference for Islamic law because it is in line with Islamic law. This can be tolerated in the current technological era, which is the era of digitalization. The development of information technology not only covers social, political, and cultural life but also affects the economy. One that is being discussed is sharia fintech. Sharia fintech is a financial service or product that uses technology based on sharia. This research uses the literature method, or in English, called library research, where data collection and information are obtained from library sources derived from books, journals, articles, and other sources that still have relevance to this topic. First; this study maps in more detail the preferences of Muslim communities in online-shopping. Many previous studies have discussed consumer preferences with a classic approach to consumer behavior theory, so there is room for this research to follow up on the Islamic Economics Behavior approach. Second, the issue of moderation in religion in consumption behavior is a central issue in the last decade in Indonesia with the phenomenon of a group of people who are antipathy towards foreign products marketed online which are considered to be produced by non-Muslims. Evaluation of this preference uses a marketing approach by placing the 7 P (Product), Price (Pricing), Promotion (Image), Distribution (Convenience), Process (Process), People (Interaction) and Physical Evidence (Facilities) against the measurement indicators Muslim consumer preferences for online shopping behavior. This study will reveal further whether religious understanding will limit or not become a problem in people's decisions to do online shopping. Thus this research is also expected to contribute to policy makers, the government which is currently very intensely exploring issues of religious moderation in Indonesia. Waqf contributes more to the development of Islam and civilization than typical charitable organizations. Effective waqf governance is essential for achieving the noble purpose of waqf for the socioeconomic development of Muslims and the nation. This study seeks to examine the governance and management of waqf using a systematic literature review method. This study searches articles published between 2013 and 2023 from the Google Scholar and Emerald databases. Initial results from a search for "wa*f management" AND "wa*f governance" for that time frame yielded 91 articles. Based on the application of inclusion and exclusion criteria, 24 articles were further analyzed for this study. The analysis was then classified into several themes including year of publication, country of study, types of waqf, and waqf management in general. The study's findings indicate that waqf management and governance still contain a few weaknesses that waqf management institutions must address. This finding demonstrates the need for additional research on waqf management due to the proliferation of contemporary waqf products resulting from the advancement of waqf research. The primary concern is how to identify these experts and invite them to participate in the study. The purpose of this paper is to describe the steps taken to identify waqf experts for a DDR study aimed at developing a model of sustainable distribution (tawzi') of waqf benefits. The snowball sampling was utilised to identify waqf experts among waqf practitioners and academics. In the initial phase, five individuals believed to have significant insight into identifying waqf specialists; either due to their current designation in waqf institutions or through their contributions to waqf research, promotion, and practices; were interviewed. Each was asked to name three waqf practitioners and three academics who are particularly notable in waqf discipline. Based on their suggestion, a second-round interview was conducted with those individuals whose name were mentioned in the first round-interview. A third-round interview followed and the similar procedure was repeated. The second and third-round interviews were supposed to yield 30 and 180 names of waqf experts, respectively. However, some names were repeatedly mentioned in the second and third-round interviews by the participants, indicating that they are well-known waqf specialists. At the conclusion of the procedures, participants have suggested more than 30 individuals as waqf experts. A ranking procedure was used to identify 15 most frequently cited names of waqf experts who would be invited to participate in the study on sustainable distribution (tawzi') of waqf benefits. The fourth goal of the vision is to strengthen the agricultural industry's ecosystem to encourage private sector investment, agricultural modernization, and expansion initiatives for farmers, livestock breeders, and fisheries. In order to ensure that the goal may be realized, Malaysia must pay close attention to the planning, budgeting, monitoring, and evaluation of agricultural public expenditures through the relevant ministries. Hence, this study aims to explore the aspect of channeling the agricultural sector's budget from the existing situation to participatory financing which is believed to be more adaptive with the vision of this sector itself. This study engages qualitative methods. This study first reviews relevant literature related to the theories and types of budgetary policies. Further, the existing literature of participatory financing is explored to understand its original idea and its recent implementation, particularly in Malaysia. Finally, the discussion is linked to the relevant Islamic financing model initiated to materialize the proposed budgetary policy. This study finds that Salam financing as the appropriate mode of participatory financing that supports the participatory government budgeting. Therefore, green intellectual capital is the right way to deal with environmental problems caused by companies. The purpose of this study is to see whether there is an relationship between green intellectual capital proxied by Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) and the firm's financial performance as proxied using Return on Asset (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). We use purposive sampling with certain criteria and the total sample is 15 manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Exchange in 2020-2021. The data were analyzed descriptively and the panel data regression used to test the hypotheses. The finding indicated that there is an influence between VACA and VAHU on ROA and ROE. The company could improve its performance both normal and abnormal period by managing its intellectual assets especially Value Added Capital Employed and Value Added Human Capital. Sharia trends in various sectors create a potential market opportunity. However, only a few culinary producers have implemented indicators of strategic success comprehensively. However, the intensity of purchasing Sharia culinary products is still high. This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic branding and price bundling on purchasing the loyalty of Sharia culinary products with consumer satisfaction as mediation. A quantitative descriptive approach used in this research with the Non-Probability Sampling technique. The number of samples used was 120 respondents through purposive sampling. Obtaining data comes from questionnaires, direct observation, and other publication media. Data analysis was processed using SEM-PLS with coefficient tests in Outer models, Inner models, and indirect effect tests. The results showed that Islamic branding and price bundling did not positively affect purchase loyalty. Meanwhile, the satisfaction variable mediates Islamic branding on purchase loyalty. However, satisfaction can only partially mediate price bundling variable on purchase loyalty. There is presumably due to the need for more effective strategy implementation, consumer dynamism, primary needs, and other external factors. This paper takes on the trends of research on Islamic home financing contextualized to Malaysia. This research uses quantitative methods with secondary data in the form of time series. The analytical techniques used are the VAR and VECM. The research used data processing in the form of E-views 12 software. The results of this study show that in the long term DJIA, BI Rate, and Exchange have a significant positive effect on the ISSI. Meanwhile, inflation variables and gold prices in the long term have a significant negative effect on ISSI. In the short term, only inflation variable have a significant negative effect on ISSI. Meanwhile, other variables in the form of DJIA, BI Rate, Exchange Rate, and world gold price didnot have a significant effect on the ISSI. Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Sendirian Berhad is the first takaful operator established in year 1988 and as of year 2023 there are 15 takaful operators currently operated in Malaysia. Despite the tremendous development in the financial technology (FinTech), the takaful industry need to move along with the changes and shift to a digital platform in order to sustain and survive in the market. This study focused on the Takaful apps service as one tool of the digital platform. Among of these Takaful operators, currently only 8 offers Takaful apps service to their clients. Thus, this study aims to identify the motivations of the users as the clients to use the Takaful apps service. Based on the past literature studies, we found that one of the motivations to use the digital apps is derived from the customers’ feelings of pleasure and enjoyment. Thus, it is important to take note by the takaful operators on the motivations of the apps usage in order to improve their service quality and be competitive in the industry. Ini terbukti apabila banyak laporan media massa memaparkan bahawa masyarakat menjadikan koperasi Ar-Rahnu sebagai tempat mendapatkan pembiayaan segera semasa negara dilanda krisis pandemik COVID-19. Namun begitu, koperasi Ar-Rahnu turut menghadapi pelbagai cabaran dalam menjalankan pembiayaan Ar-Rahnu. Justeru, kajian ini akan mengenalpasti cabaran-cabaran yang di hadapi oleh koperasi dalam melaksanakan pembiayaan Ar-Rahnu. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kualitatif melalui kaedah temubual bersama pengamal industri daripada sektor koperasi bagi mendapatkan pandangan dan pengalaman mereka berkaitan cabaran yang dihadapi dalam menjalankan perniagaan Ar-Rahnu. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan koperasi Ar-Rahnu menghadapi cabaran dalaman dan luaran dalam melaksanakan perniagaan Ar-Rahnu namun kebanyakan koperasi Ar-Rahnu pada hari ini masih mampu menjana keuntungan dalam perniagaan Ar-Rahnu walaupun pelbagai cabaran dihadapi. The board of directors serves as a mechanism for internal governance, playing a crucial role in monitoring CEOs' decisions. Previous research has demonstrated that independent directors enhance the quality of corporate governance mechanisms and strategic decision-making within companies Hence, this study aims to investigate how independent directors moderate the relationship between CEO overconfidence and the capital structure decisions of Sharia-compliant (SC) industrial companies. A 2-step system-GMM panel regression model is applied on annual data of 67 firms during the period of 2009-2017. The empirical findings indicate that independent directors in SC industrial companies influence CEOs to adopt a more aggressive and overconfident approach, leading them to prefer high total debt for financing investments. Consequently, this suggests that independent directors employ debt as a tool to mitigate agency conflicts that may arise within SC industrial companies. Saban tahun, penggunaan tunai dilihat semakin menurun berikutan kelebihan kemudahan ini meningkatkan kecekapan urus niaga kepada peniaga dan pengguna. Lebih ramai individu kini berubah ke arah pembayaran tanpa tunai dalam pelbagai transaksi jual beli barangan mahupun perkhidmatan untuk memenuhi keperluan dalam keidupan seharian. Walau bagaimanapun, di sebalik pelbagai kelebihan yang diperoleh daripada pembayaran tanpa tunai, ia masih mempunyai cabaran yang perlu diperhalusi dan diperbaiki untuk penambahbaikan. Oleh itu, kajian ini dilaksanakan bagi mengenal pasti amalan pembayaran tanpa tunai responden, mengenal pasti perkaitan faktor yang mempengaruhi amalan pembayaran tanpa tunai dan menganalisis cabaran yang dihadapi responden. Tinjauan berasaskan soal selidik dan kaedah persampelan rawak mudah digunakan dalam penyelidikan ini. Seramai 400 orang responden terlibat dan data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, korelasi dan analisis regresi berganda. Faktor yang terlibat dalam kajian ini adalah literasi kewangan dan sumber pembiayaan kewangan. Instrumen kajian yang digunakan adalah set borang soal selidik yang mengandungi 10 item berskala likert serta menggunakan kaedah kuantitatif berbentuk tinjauan persampelan rawak mudah. Set borang soal selidik diedarkan kepada 350 orang responden yang terdiri daripada pelajar Diploma dan Ijazah Sarjana Muda di Fakulti Pengurusan dan Muamalah (FPM) dan hanya 310 set sahaja yang dapat digunakan bagi mendapatkan hasil kajian. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan perisian Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Versi 20 untuk melihat min, peratusan, kekerapan dan korelasi pearson. Fenomena ini tidak dinafikan berupaya memberi kesan terhadap kestabilan ekonomi kewangan sesebuah masyarakat terutamanya masyarakat miskin. Perlindungan kesihatan mikro merupakan instrumen perancangan kewangan yang khusus untuk perbelanjaan kos perubatan dan rawatan kepada populasi miskin dan berpendapatan rendah. Namun begitu, skim kesihatan mikro seperti mySalam, PeKa B40, Perlindungan Tenang dan yang terbaru iaitu Skim Perubatan Madani adalah tidak bersifat menyeluruh dalam penawaran manfaatnya malah industri takaful mikro juga turut berdepan dengan isu dana risiko yang tidak mampan. Justeru, kajian ini mengfokuskan kepada ciri-ciri skim model takaful kesihatan mikro yang khusus kepada masyarakat miskin dan berpendapatan rendah (B40). Kajian ini adalah berbentuk kajian kualitatif yang menggunakan kaedah temu bual separa berstruktur dalam mendapatkan data. Informan kajian ini terdiri daripada 12 orang ketua keluarga dari golongan B40 dan lapan orang pelaksana takaful yang dipilih di sekitar Lembah Klang. Hasil kajian mendapati ciri-ciri skim model takaful kesihatan mikro bagi golongan B40 adalah melibatkan dari sudut kontrak akad, penawaran produk, kemampanan dana risiko, pengurusan kos penawaran takaful dan sumber dana tambahan. Diharapkan dapatan kajian ini memberi pencerahan dan input kepada syarikat takaful secara khusus dalam meningkatkan pembangunan produk takaful kesihatan yang berskala mikro kepada golongan B40 khususnya. Almost every sector of the business world is transitioning from offline to online operations. This transition has led business entities to establish technology-based or online shopping systems, known as e-commerce. Previous studies have shown that online review, rating, and product presentation have significant relationship with decisions to purchase; however, few studies have been carried out in e-commerce companies in Indonesia. This study therefore empirically examines the influence of online review, rating, and product presentation on the purchasing decisions in an Indonesian e-commerce company. Data were collected through self-administrated questionnaires to 148 respondents in one of the largest e-commerce companies in Indonesia. Software Package for Social Sciences version 24.0 was employed to analyze the data. The findings showed that online review, rating, and product presentation positively and significantly contributed to purchasing decisions in the largest e-commerce company in Indonesia. The implications of the findings are discussed, and suggestions made for future research on the online reviews, ratings, product presentations, and purchasing decisions in the context of Indonesian e-commerce industry. Melalui intervensi tindakan proaktif ia dapat mengurangkan masalah yang bersifat macro iaitu pengangguran negara. Objektif kajian melihat kepada kesan komponen Ijazah Sarjana Muda Ekonomi dan Kewangan terhadap pembelajaran yang mencerminkan tahap kebolehpasaran siswazah dalam pasaran tenaga kerja. Analisis kajian menggunakan instrumen kuantitatif yang mudah iaitu min dan peratusan. Kajian mendapati komponen yang bersifat generik seperti tempoh pengajian, subjek yang ditawarkan dan kesesuaian bidang dengan situasi semasa mempengaruhi kebolehpasaran para graduan secara positif dan signifikan. Ini menunjukkan bahawa graduan telah dibekalkan dengan ilmu pengetahuan dan kemahiran kendiri sebelum memasuki alam pekerjaan. Namun begitu masih terdapat ruang yang boleh ditingkatkan seperti komponen hubungan diplomatik, pengurusan data dan kepatuhan dalam kewangan agar ia lebih memenuhi kepada keperluan pasaran ekonomi semasa. Sebagai sebuah institusi pengajian tinggi swasta, Universiti Islam Selangor bertanggungjawab membantu Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi bagi mempersiap bakal graduan agar memenuhi keperluan semasa industri. Kajian ini merupakan satu kajian tinjauan melalui soal selidik melibatkan data secara kuantitatif berkaitan kebolehpasaran graduan yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil kajian ini mendapati lebih 93.75 peratus responden bersetuju bahawa program Diploma Pengurusan Perniagaan yang ditawarkan memenuhi kehendak pasaran semasa. 87.5 peratus alumni program yang terlibat dalam kajian ini telah ditawarkan kerja di organisasi milikan tempatan serta bekerja bersesuaian dengan bidang. Tempoh pengajian iaitu tiga tahun pengajian juga mencukupi. Hasil kajian ini mendapati bahawa lebih 90 peratus graduan program Diploma Pengurusan Perniagaan berupaya menjana pendapatan melebihi RM1500. Beberapa cadangan diberikan oleh responden bagi menambahbaik kualiti program yang ditawarkan ini. Antaranya adalah menawarkan lebih banyak subjek yang relevan seperti asas reka bentuk laman sesawang, pengurusan kewangan menurut Islam dan sebagainya yang memenuhi keperluan semasa industri. Pelajar juga perlu didedahkan dengan kemahiran menggunakan Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Excel secara yang maksimum agar mampu berdaya saing dengan graduan dari institusi pengajian tinggi lain di luar sana. Mengurangkan kebergantungan kepada majikan, kerajaan mahupun swasta adalah antara cadangan yang dilontarkan supaya graduan mampu berdikari namun masih mampu menjana pendapatan sendiri demi kelangsungan hidup. Oleh itu kertas kajian ini dihasilkan daripada kajian tinjauan kebolehpasaran graduan yang menggunakan set soal selidik melibatkan data yang dikumpul secara kuantitatif, Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif merangkumi peratus kekerapan. Hasil kajian ini mendapati lebih 93 peratus responden bersetuju bahawa program Ijazah Sarjana Muda Pentadbiran Perniagaan dengan E-Dagang (Kepujian) yang ditawarkan memenuhi kehendak pasaran semasa. 84.8 peratus alumni program yang terlibat dalam kajian ini telah ditawarkan bekerja di organisasi milikan tempatan serta bekerja bersesuaian dengan bidang. Tempoh tiga tahun pengajian juga diakui bersesuaian dan mencukupi. Hasil kajian ini juga mendapati bahawa lebih 50 peratus graduan program ini berupaya menjana pendapatan melebihi RM2500. Beberapa cadangan diberikan oleh responden bagi menambahbaik kualiti program yang ditawarkan ini. Antaranya adalah menawarkan lebih banyak subjek yang relevan berkaitan ekonomi antarabangsa, pengurusan risiko, konsep asas praktikal dan forum berkaitan kerjaya. Tempoh praktikal sedia ada selama empat bulan juga dicadangkan agar dilanjutkan bagi memberikan pendedahan mendalam kepada bakal graduan dengan dunia pekerjaan sebenar. MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in the existing food and beverage sector dominate the market and attract interest from various groups. This study aims to examine the influence of Attitudes, Social Factors, Behavioral Control, Religiosity, and Location on Interest in Buying Snacks for Muslim Consumers in Pasar Lama Tangerang. The research involved distributing questionnaires to 100 Muslim consumers, using a non-probability sampling method known as Purposive Sampling. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis in the SPSS program. The results of the study show that social factors and behavioral control have a significant effect on the buying interest of Muslim consumers. Meanwhile, Attitude, Religiosity and Location do not show a significant influence on the buying interest of Muslim consumers at Pasar Lama Tangerang. The study aims to identify the factors that influence students' banking transaction behavior, such as attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and religiosity. The study used a quantitative research approach to collect and analyze data. Survey questionnaires were distributed to 90 female student respondents who were calculated using Bentler-Chou formulas. Data processing was carried out using SmartPLSSEM 4.8.0.4. The questionnaire was consisted of questions related to students' attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, religiosity, and banking transaction behavior. The collected data analyzed using statistical techniques such as convergent, discriminant validity, reliability test and structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. The results showed that the attitudes, subjective norms, and perceptions of behavioral control have a positive and significant effect on banking transaction behavior among students at University of Darussalam Gontor. However, the religiosity only had an insignificant positive effect. The findings of the study will provide valuable insights into the factors that influence students' banking transaction behavior and can help banks and financial institutions to better understand and serve their student customers. Impak paling ketara kesan daripada virus ini adalah sebahagian besar aktiviti ekonomi seakan terhenti dan mengakibatkan industri tidak dapat menjalankan operasi mereka menyebabkan industri kehilangan sumber pendapatan untuk menanggung kos pengoperasian, dan pada masa yang sama terpaksa mengurangkan bilangan pekerja. Isu pengangguran dalam kalangan siswazah, ketidaksepadanan pekerjaan dengan pendidikan serta tahap dan pertumbuhan gaji yang rendah berkait rapat dengan struktur ekonomi negara yang masih rendah ini Sebagai sebuah institusi pengajian tinggi, KUIS bertanggungjawab membantu Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi bagi mempersiap bakal graduan yang memenuhi keperluan semasa industri. Kajian ini merupakan satu kajian tinjauan melalui soal selidik melibatkan data secara kuantitatif berkaitan kebolehpasaran graduan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil kajian ini mendapati lebih 90 peratus responden bersetuju bahawa program Ijazah Sarjana Muda Pengurusan Sumber Insan (Kepujian) yang ditawarkan memenuhi kehendak pasaran semasa. Kesemua alumni program yang terlibat dalam kajian ini telah ditawarkan kerja di organisasi tempatan dan bekerja bersesuaian dengan bidang. Tempoh pengajian juga mencukupi iaitu empat tahun pengajian. 20% daripada keseluruhan responden memperoleh pendapatan melebihi RM3000 manakala 80% daripada keseluruhan responden memperoleh julat pendapatan RM2000 hingga RM3000. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahawa walaupun kesemua graduan program ini berupaya menjana pendapatan melebihi RM2000 namun ia belum mencapai tahap ketetapan gaji minimum RM3,000 sebulan untuk graduan ijazah sarjana muda demi menangani kos sara hidup yang semakin meningkat kini. Beberapa cadangan diberikan oleh responden bagi menambahbaik kualiti program yang ditawarkan ini. Antaranya adalah mendedahkan pelajar program ini dengan lebih banyak subjek yang relevan seperti aplikasi berkaitan sumber manusia sejajar dengan perubahan zaman seperti HRIS, e-learning tools, Data Analytics/HR Analytics dan sebagainya yang memenuhi keperluan semasa industri. Pelajar juga perlu didedahkan dengan penggunaan Microsoft Word dan Excel secara yang maksimum agar berdaya saing dengan graduan lain di luar sana. Terdapat juga cadangan agar program ini dapat ditawarkan secara separuh masa oleh kerana timbul isu kekangan kewangan yang memerlukan kakitangan bekerja sambil belajar. Tempoh praktikal juga dicadangkan agar dilanjutkan sehingga tempoh enam bulan bagi memberikan pendedahan mendalam kepada bakal graduan dengan dunia pekerjaan sebenar. Kajian ini merupakan satu kajian tinjauan melalui soal selidik melibatkan data secara kuantitatif berkaitan kebolehpasaran graduan yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil kajian ini mendapati 97.22 peratus daripada keseluruhan responden bersetuju bahawa program yang ditawarkan ini berupaya menghasilkan graduan yang diperlukan oleh industri. Kesemua alumni program yang terlibat dalam kajian ini telah ditawarkan kerja di organisasi tempatan dan bekerja bersesuaian dengan bidang. Tempoh pengajian juga mencukupi iaitu tiga tahun pengajian. 69% daripada keseluruhan responden memperoleh julat pendapatan RM1501 hingga RM2500 manakala 28% daripada keseluruhan responden memperoleh julat pendapatan RM2501 hingga RM3000 dan selebihnya 3% lagi memperoleh julat pendapatan yang tinggi iaitu melebihi RM3500. Beberapa cadangan diberikan oleh responden bagi menambahbaik kualiti program yang ditawarkan ini. Antaranya adalah mendedahkan pelajar program ini dengan lebih banyak subjek yang relevan seperti cara menyediakan laporan, menguruskan data, khidmat pelanggan, dokumentasi dan sebagainya yang memenuhi keperluan semasa industri. Pelajar juga perlu didedahkan dengan penggunaan Microsoft Word dan Excel secara yang maksimum agar berkemahiran dan berdaya saing. Kata kunci: Sumber manusia, kebolehpasaran, alumni

Although emotional marketing has been employed extensively by marketers to sway customer behaviour, its effects on the purchasing habits of housewives are yet unknown. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between emotional appeals in marketing communications and the chance of purchasing home goods as well as to pinpoint the underlying variables that modify this association. A survey method is used in the study to collect data from a sample of 200 housewives utilising questionnaires. The results show that emotional marketing messages significantly affect housewives' purchase intentions, especially for goods with a strong emotional relevance. Credibility of the message source and the emotional impact of the communications were also discovered to be crucial. This paper aims at contributing to the field of social entrepreneurship by clarifying key elements, providing working definitions, and illuminating the social entrepreneurship process. In the first part of the paper we review the existing literature. In the second part we develop a model on how intentions to create a social venture get formed. Combining insights from traditional entrepreneurship literature and anecdotal evidence in the field of social entrepreneurship, we propose that behavioral intentions to create a social venture are influenced, first, by perceived social venture desirability, which is affected by attitudes such as empathy and moral judgment, and second, by perceived social venture feasibility, which is facilitated by social support and self-efficacy beliefs. Finally, they form the entrepreneurial intention of social sustainability through perceived fit respectively. The TOE framework offers a thorough framework for examining the organizational, technological, and environmental contexts that influence SMEs' use of social media. The results of the SLR point to a number of factors that affect how SMEs use social media. Relative advantage and compatibility were important adoption drivers in the technological context. The organizational context emphasized the significance of factors including entrepreneurial orientation and top management support. The environmental context includes factors including bandwagon effect, competitive effect and government support that influence how SMEs adopt new technology. Researchers now have a complete understanding of the interplay between technological, organizational, and environmental elements of SMEs' usage of social media as a result of the TOE framework's integration. The findings highlight how crucial it is for SMEs to consider these factors when choosing and utilizing social media channels. The TOE methodology helps SMEs assess their adoption readiness, align social media use with business goals, and control external factors that influence adoption outcomes. By adopting the TOE framework to organize and synthesize the information on social media adoption mediating role in SMEs’ performance, this SLR adds to the body of literature already in existence. Researchers, practitioners, and policymakers who are interested in learning more about the elements that influence social media adoption in the context of SMEs will find the findings to be quite insightful. Artikel ini memfokuskan kepada prinsip kerohanian Islam yang boleh diamalkan oleh seorang usahawan Melayu untuk mensejahterakan aktiviti perniagaan mereka. Artikel ini membincangkan kepentingan usahawan Melayu dalam membangunkan prinsip kerohanian Islam melalui sudut pandang amalan seorang ahli tarekat. Kajian ini turut menjadualkan perbezaan di antara usahawan Melayu yang bertarekat dengan usahawan Melayu yang tidak bertarekat melalui hubungan prinsip kerohanian Islam. Kajian ini adalah kajian kualitatif yang menggunakan kaedah temu bual dan analisis kandungan untuk penghasilan dapatan kajian. Hasil kajian mendapati prinsip kerohanian Islam memang wujud dalam diri seorang usahawan Melayu dan ternyata prinsip ini amat memerlukan bimbingan oleh seorang guru murshid dari kumpulan tarekat yang muktabar. Amalan kerohanian usahawan Melayu bertarekat seperti suhbah, tazkiyah, zikir, selawat, dan solat dapat meningkatkan keyakinan diri dan memupuk akhlak yang beradab di dalam bidang keusahawan. Di samping itu, pengkaji mencadangkan keperluan untuk kajian masa depan dalam mencari perbezaan antara usahawan Melayu bertarekat dengan usahawan Melayu yang tidak bertarekat. 95 Cabaran Usahawan Kurang Upaya (UKU): Satu Tinjauan Literatur Suhaila Nadzri1*, Muhamamd Firdaus Muhammad Sabri1 dan Salina Mohammed Rashid1 1Kolej Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Selangor *Pengarang koresponden: [email protected] ABSTRAK Peranan Orang Kurang Upaya (OKU) dalam membantu pembangunan negara adalah sama penting dengan peranan golongan masyarakat yang normal. Kebiasaannya OKU sering bekerja sendiri atau melibatkan diri dalam dunia keusahawanan. Bahkan kedua-dua jenis pekerjaan ini merupakan kerjaya tradisi mereka untuk mencari rezeki kerana kesukaran mencari pekerjaan. Senario semasa menunjukkan terdapat banyak kajian lepas berkaitan Usahawan Kurang Upaya (UKU) yang telah dijalankan. Namun begitu, kajian berkaitan cabaran keusahawanan yang dihadapi oleh golongan ini masih baru dan perlu diterokai secara mendalam. Mengenal pasti cabaran utama yang dihadapi oleh UKU adalah penting bagi membolehkan pelbagai pihak yang berkepentingan menyusun strategi, menetapkan keutamaan dan mengenal pasti sistem sokongan yang boleh membantu mereka bertahan. Sehubungan itu artikel ini akan membincangkan cabaran keusahawanan dalam kalangan UKU. Tinjauan literatur telah dijalankan dengan mengumpulkan artikel-artikel daripada Journal Scopus dan Google Scholar dan data-data dianalisis secara tematik. Dapatan menunjukkan terdapat dua faktor utama yang menjadi cabaran utama UKU iaitu iaitu faktor dalaman dan faktor luaran. Faktor dalaman yang menjadi cabaran UKU adalah faktor peribadi dan ketahanan diri. Manakala faktor luaran yang memberi cabaran kepada UKU terbahagi kepada tiga iaitu diskriminasi, masalah kewangan dan persekitaran. Dapatan ini diharapkan dapat menyumbang kepada dasar kerajaan khususnya kepada pihak yang berkepentingan untuk mencari alternatif-alternatif yang terbaik dalam menangani cabaran-cabaran golongan UKU dan akhirnya mampu meningkatkan penglibatan golongan ini dalam aktiviti keusahawanan. Kerajaan juga dicadangkan menambah baik sistem sokongan sedia ada agar usahawan kurang upaya mampu berdaya saing sebagaimana usahawan yang lain.
