ABSTRACT
Clinic Management System (CliNeat) is a web application developed for
clinic management. Nowadays, Doctor only using manual option to store their
patients’ health. CliNeat will give a great benefit to the doctor and nurse in terms
of their time management. The current system requires numerous paper forms
with data stores spread throughout the clinic management. This system will
make easier for doctor to save their patient health information. The main users
are patient, doctors and nurses. The objective of this system is to make easier for
clinic to record patient data, monitor previous patient records and perform
previous patient data searches. This system gives patients the advantage of look-
ing at their medical records and their health history. Other benefits of this pro-
ject, it can speed up the registration process at the clinic. The nurse only needs to
record basic data such as personal information and other data will be recorded
by the doctor. All the information will be stored in a database not in the file as
before.

ABSTRACT
“JTMK FPK Management System” is a web based system that helps the
lecturers of Department of Information Technology and Communication (JTMK)
to store documents related to FPK files. The problem that arise in the situation is
saved files are not managed regularly because the files are hardcopy and often
forgotten to backup if the file is lost. Lecturers also have problem frequent
dropouts during the auditing. This web based system is built for the purpose to
develop a system that is called JTMK FPK Management system is intended as a
backup or easy to achieve in the event of loss of the original document. Methodol-
ogies for web based development is Waterfall Development. With Waterfall
Development, analyst and user proceed is sequence from phase to the next can
mapped out an evaluated. There are six stages of Waterfall Model, Requirement
Phase, Analysis Phase, Design Phase, Coding Phase, Testing Phase and Operations
Phase. The scope of the system will focus on FPK files that will be built for
lecturers in the Department of Information and Communication Technology,
Politeknik Mukah, Sarawak.

This website is an Online Learning Platform for MALAYSIAN
UNIVERSITY ENGLISH TEST (MUET). Students of Polytechnic Mukah that take
MUET in their semester can learn from this an online website. Students can
choose a flexible time to study via online learning. Besides that, students also
can save money by not hiring a tutor to teach them about MUET. Some of the
students cannot afford to hire a tutor and by providing this website can help
them learn about MUET. This website will teach the student about listening,
speaking, reading, and writing. As a web developer for this online learning plat-
form, we will make sure all the contents follow the latest guidelines. On this
website, students will take listening test by press button that we provide on the
websites and answer the questions. We also provide speaking tests, reading
tests, and writing tests to prepare them for the upcoming MUET test.

The E-learn Website App is developed mainly for secondary school. An
analysis study has been done based on the current manual system, student
nowadays tired of sending their exercises manually and teacher and student
sometimes has to pay for printing fees for an extra note. The main reason why E
-learn are created is to help student to be able to download extra notes, do an
exercise and submit their task through this Website App. Teacher also can
upload the extra notes without any fees. E-learn Website App is one tier
architecture and requirements system which involve student and teacher tier.
The interface for E-learn Web App have been designed according to the user
requirement and needs. The student can download and send file through this
Website App. The teacher can send file and send exercise to student through
the Website App. Furthermore, the managements of these apps will be main-
tained by the admin. The Web App, including student and teacher record will be
manage by XAMPP Control Panel. Only the Developer has he authority and
privileges to make changes about the assets. The methodology adopted for the-
se Web App is prototype phase. These E-learn Web App will help to improve the
daily lifestyle of current situation and overcome the problem that arise nowa-
days.

ABSTRACT
Patients Appointment System is website that developed for patient to
communication with doctor. Besides that, the patients are allowed to view their
appointment date and check their appointment details, treatment and prescrip-
tion details through this system. There is a lot of time where patients do not
know whether the doctor are available or not. Without the patients knowing,
they come to the clinic which wasting their time and energy because the doctor
is not available. Therefore, most clinic in Malaysia use medical book to fill in
patient’s medical information. This causes the patients always lost their medical
book. This is the reasons why this system is developed. In conclusion, the pur-
pose of this system was to make the doctors and patients works easier. The
doctors also able to add, delete or edit the patient treatment and prescription
details and appointment details. Most of the practices have positive changes
such as reduced no-show rate, decrease staff labor, decrease wasting time,
improve satisfaction, and so on. Cost, flexibility, safety and integrity are major
reasons why this system is built.

Sistem Penyelaras Buku Teks(SPBT) is a web system that developed
for teachers and students in SMK Kabong. SPBT involves all activities related to
textbook management in SMK Kabong. SPBT is more secure for user and text-
book data.Before this, SMK Kabong manage all the textbook management con-
ducted by teachers manually by using forms as a standard of protocol (SOP)
procedure. SMK Kabong always have trouble where textbook coordinator hard
to store book data and book lending data over a long period of
time.Development of this web application will increase their efficiency in term
of their time management. The objective is to make it easier for students to
process the registration and return of textbooks using this system. Besides that,
the system can generate the yearbook data. Furthermore, this system also de-
tected student’s who lost the textbook.SPBT is more suitable to store the data
and it is very useful for the user. This system will expose the user to compatible
website which is only using an internet to do registration, returning, generate
record, and store data of textbooks.

ABSTRACT
SeeNews Application is an application developed for Politeknik Mukah
students to receive the latest notices at Politeknik Mukah hostel. Students
sometimes miss out on important notices as the head student slows to give
information. The objective of this project is to design and develop e-notice
applications that provide a timesaving, user-friendly, and functionality which
students can easily understand the application interface and access the notices
in instant without having to wait for the head student to pass the
information. With this application, students will be able to be notified of official
notices instead of false notices. Besides, this application can help to reduce the
workload for the warden to convey the information to students as they do not
need to pass the information through stages. SeeNews Application is a simple
application for both warden and student as they can interact to each other
using the application. This application is developed using Android Studio.
Android studio provide a faster programming and testing which the testing is
fast and user-friendly UI.

Our proposed system is Homemade Apps that enables easy for
customers. This system improved the method of taking the order from
customer. The Homemade Apps system set up a food menu online and
customer can easily place the order. The proposed system shows an user
interface and updated the menu with all available options so that it eases the
customer work. Customer can choose more than one item to make an order and
can view order details . Also with a food menu online you can easily track the
order, maintain customer’s database and improve your food delivery service.
This system allows the user to select the desired food items from the displayed
menu. The payment can be pay on delivery. For more secured ordering
separate accounts are maintained for each user by providing then an email and
a password.

Let’s Learn English is application that developed for primary school
student at SK Tanjong,Limbang to learn subject English easier. The students of
SK Tanjong are suffering from the lack of equipment and lack of sources for
their daily learning. Some of their parents also not capable of teaching their
children this subject while they are at home. The efficient way to help this
students to learn english easier by using this application because this
application provide some exercises to help the user in English writing and
speaking. Besides the user can learn basic grammar such as basic past
tense,present tense,continous tense and others from this application. Since SK
Tanjong at the rural area so user can use this application when they’re offline.
This project is part of the redefining of how we convey knowledge. This applica-
tion has given benefits to students as well as teachers.

This “Women Emergency Alert” is an application that developed espe-
cially for women safety. Women were faced some problem or dangerous situa-
tions when they go out alone such as back to home after worked, going out for
eat , shopping and more. The objective of this project are to develop the appli-
cation that provide user with the most efficient way to asking for help from
their family, friends or anyone that they trusted. Besides, this Women Emergen-
cy Alert application will let you to add as many as contact number that you
want. When they press the SOS button, the user location and the SOS message
that have been set will automatically send to the registered contact emergency
number. It is easier for women to asking for help and let her family or her
friend locate where they was. This project expose the user to compatible appli-
cation which is only press a button to asking for help. Women Emergency Alert
is an easy way to get a help with just allow the application to turn on your loca-
tion, click the “SOS” button and you can be rescued safely.

The children find it difficult to understand the mathematical subject
and have a low skills in calculation. The purpose is to reduce problems in
learning mathematics among children nowadays. The first step is where the
children will enter the game by pressing Start button. The second page will
display five options that is play addition, subtraction, division and
multiplication, count the number of things, select the biggest and smallest,
number find the correct sum and math level where the children must unlock a
level to go to the next level. The scope for this project is divided into two that is
system scope and user scope. System scope has a four choices such as to allow
player play addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, find the correct
sum, count the number of things and select the biggest and smaller number.
The system also has math level that must unlock before go to the next level.
Besides that, user scope is divided into three that is the children aged nine
years old or any children that advance in mathematics skill, the teacher and the
parents.

“Let’s Eat” is an application that helps local people or tourists to find the
restaurants nearby their hotel or home stay. There is no application that can
suggest the tourists or local people to the nearest restaurants in Mukah town.
Besides that, Mukah is a small town that difficult to find the recommended and
suitable restaurants. People can view the restaurants and add some feedback
through the application if they have register and login to the application first.
The map will be provided in this application, so that the user can search their
location.

KidSS Attendance is an application that develop for staff at SMK
Kidurung to take an attendance. Based on problem statement, it will take a long
time for them to punch card after new norms were introduced such as one
meter social distancing.The punch card also can be made and scanned by
others. Beside that, if the punch card is lost, the staff’s data also be lost and
they will not be able to take attendance. Using KidSS Attendance application, it’s
can save and display staff data when it needed. Methodology of this project is
using Rapid Application Development (RAD) model because KidSS Attendance
application focuses more on testing and turn over. The test process is iterated
for each prototype leading for fewer bugs in the final KidSS Atendance Applica-
tion. In conclusion, creation and completion of KidSS Attendance using QR code
application will bring benefits to the staff to take an attendance. At the end of
this project, it is expected to be fully utilized, accepted and compliant with
today’s technological developments and the proceeds from it will meet all the
users need.

EZ RUNNER is application that developed for students of Polythecnic
Mukah (PMU) especially to make it easy for them to search runner that is avail-
able in Mukah. They not need to search through facebook or instagram to
search for runner in Mukah, but using this application it will make thing easier
in looking for runner. The objective of this project are to develop mobile appli-
cation for replacing manual process of hiring runner in Mukah and to ease stu-
dent’s task whenever they need a runner also help runner to advertise their
service. Besides, this EZ RUNNER app provide information of what type of ser-
vice that runner offering. It is easier for students to contact the runner whenev-
er they need. This application enabled students search runner using this app.
EZ RUNNER is an easy way to search runner at Mukah because this app show
contact number of runner that is available in Mukah.

JTMK’s Event Reminder is a mobile application for the usage to the
students and lecturers specifically for the Department of Information Technolo-
gy & Communication, Polytechnic Mukah Sarawak. The purpose of this
application is to helps the students and lecturers to view any upcoming events
or programs that organize by Department of Information Technology & Com-
munication. This is due to the problem where students always forget and do not
have any information update about the upcoming program. So, through this
application students can access the information of upcoming events easily. This
application also provide a QR code scanner for events attendance record which
usually use manual forms and it take a long time to process. The selected meth-
odology for this application is Agile method. This method is very flexible and
efficient in dealing with change. The development of the application is done by
using Android Studio, Firebase as the database. Hopefully this mobile applica-
tion will give a lot of benefit and helps students and lecturer to process system-
atic upcoming events and data storage.

ABSTRACT
The Student Registration Document Module developed due to enhance
some functionality in iPAd system. Students have problem with manual
registration causing late submission on registration documents that related
with course and timetable. This module used to store students information
especially for students registration documents for every semester. The objec-
tive of this project is to replace manual registration by developing a website
that provides users with an easier way to upload their documents, reduce paper
usage and workload. At the same time it to ensure that all saved files can be
updated or accessed for future use. This project takes users to the website to
help in terms of manual system solutions and other online advisory systems
available. The Student Registration Document module can change the use of
manual systems such as storing information in paper documents will take a
long time to find when it is needed immediately. As the result students only
need to store their information for each semester in order to make it easier for
their academic advisor to know their information easily and quickly and do not
require the student to fill out the form manually. It also in the use of paper and
also can avoid the occurrence of missing important document. As the conclu-
sion, this project is aiming to find the solution of the manual system and also
reduce time consume by the user such as the student and lecture in inserting
data. Through this project we can help the management team to ease the bur-

ABSTRACT
Students face a problem during their Final Year Project to search
information about their senior project for reference. Currently, students need to
attend a project exhibition if they want to know about the project that has been
built by their senior. For this reason, FYP Online System was built to facilitate
the students to search about project title or software and hardware that have
been used by previous students as a reference. Besides, this system helps
supervisor to record project information easily and prevent the data from lost.
The objective of this project is to develop a record system for Final Year Project
that provides user with the efficient way in assisting on looking for the project
that the user want to refer. The methodology for system development is
waterfall model, while the system was built by using Bracket and Xampp for
database. The FYP Online System website provide information about project
title, project type, project objective, project abstract and project award. There
are two types of users: student and supervisor. Student can view information
about the project based on program: Software and Application Development
(SAD) or Networking System (NS). Student can also search the project by the
title of the project or software and hardware that being used. On the other
hand, supervisor is an admin for this system. Supervisor can record the data,
including add, edit and delete data on this system. In addition, supervisor also
can search about the details of project. Thus, this system is hoped to facilitate
students to build a better final year project in the future.

Kira • Creative Project is a web Application specializing in user-
created and uploaded by senior IT student semester 5 of Final Year Project at
Polytechnic Mukah Sarawak. This web application is a guide website project
idea that has an example of a project proposal, project prototype, and functional
project for junior IT students. Junior finds examples of senior IT student semes-
ter 5 of Final Year Project along with what we feel is the optimal solution for
their website development needs. This way, junior not repeat the same Final
Year Project and refer to the pros and cons of senior’s projects, and make the
Final Year Project more perfect. Moreover, Junior IT students should be visiting
the Ekspo Project ICT(EPICT) program by the Department of ICT for project
reference materials. The objective of this project is to design and develop
system that allows sharing the project idea in the web application by senior IT
students with the junior IT students. Besides, this Kira • Creative Project to
Provide a platform for junior IT students where project reference materials are
easier to find. KiRa • Creative Project is a web application that can support the
junior IT students as project reference materials easy to find. Junior IT students
were able to develop their projects and base their creativity title project. This
system can be update and maintenance to improving by user's feedback.

WS Gafu is website that developed to let the staffs know their working
schedule. Staffs face problem when or what time they are working, the supervi-
sor has difficulty to find replacement for an absent staff and the staffs have diffi-
culty to remember their schedule. The objectives of this project are to ensure
that the staffs know when or what time they are working, to make the supervi-
sor easier to find replacement for an absent staff and to make the staffs easier
to remember the schedule. We choose rapid application development (RAD) as
our methodology because it is easy and understandable process for developers
in creating a product in a short period of time. This system gives staffs the ac-
cess to view their working anywhere. They can check their shift from time to
time with only refer the web that we provide that is WS Gafu. This system also
eases supervisor’s job as in storing or updating staff’s personal information so
that they can trace the workers easily when they are out of town or having an
emergency.

ABSTRACT
One of the efforts of Sarawak’s government in controlling the rabies outbreak is
to enforce all dog’s owners to vaccinate and license their dogs so thus any stray
dogs can be isolated to control the outbreak. For the time being, all the licensing
processes are done in a conventional filing method (physical paper-based)
which is inconvenient since there is a large number of records that need to be
kept and are not centralized due to different approaches of the local council.
This Local Authority Dog Licensing System is develop for enhance the process
of issuing dog’s license by mitigating the traditional paper-based documents to
a digital record stored in data center.Furthermore, this digitalization also will
prevent records duplication due to any unforeseen circumstance in the manual
process.Rapid application development (RAD) is a method that we use because
suitable for single team without too many members and takes an on-the-fly
approach, which makes sense for quick development which can change direc-
tion on a time.The scope of this project broken down into user scope and sys-
tem scope.The main user of the system will be the local authority’s staff which
involved in the dog licensing process or any other staff who is given authority
to handle the system.Generally, the system that will be develop will cater the
process of issuing dog license from the beginning of the process which is the
application submission by the local authority’s staff until the end of the process
which is the license approval and issuance.

This project report entitled to “iD’Sanglau Event Apps” at D’Sanglau
Cafe Mukah. The main objective of the study is to develop an application as an
online platform for event booking. “iD’Sanglau Event Apps” is an android mo-
bile application that helps people who are interested to book any event that
will happen at D’Sanglau Cafe, Mukah. They do not need to go to D’Sanglau Cafe
manually to book event and waiting for approval from D’Sanglau Cafe staff. This
app can be accessed by various customer and staff of D’Sanglau Cafe with regis-
tered account. Customers can only view the app information and cannot book
any event in this app because they need to login first before they can book any
event in this app. Agile method was used as the software development life cycle.
Coding was handled through an application to develop an application. Above
mentioned methodologies made project work load light and provided the ease
of developing. Fully functional “iD’Sanglau Event Apps” will fulfil the main ob-
jectives and all the events of the cafe.

residents of Kampung Ingkerbai to make graveyard booking easier. By
Graveyard Booking app, Dayak residents of Kampung Ingkerbai can book their
grave from this apps. So there no need to book a grave from landlord by manual
booking anymore. Before this, Dayak residents of Kampung Ingkerbai must
meet the landlord by face to face for booking the grave and book it manually. So,
the application has been created to facilitate the booking process. So the book-
ing process will be faster and easier. Besides that, the villager no need to meet
the landlord by they own because the landlord will receive the book by the
apps. In conclusion, this application not only facilitates booking work for users,
but it can also speed up cemetery management work

solutions evolve through collaporative efforts of self-organizing teams and
cross-functional and their clients. The software we use to build this application

ABSTRACT
The kindergarten students lack of interest in learning Jawi due to vari-
ous factors such as uninteresting traditional learning in the kindergarten. Based
on our requirement phase, teachers suggest that learning applications should
use colours, sounds and coloured pictures. To solve this problem, “Cerdik Jawi”
was developed to help kindergarten students to explore learning Jawi. The
objective for this project is to be develop an android application for
kindergarten children to learn Jawi based on J-QAF standard and display
multimedia elements for the convenience of teachers and kindergarten
teachers. The methodology of this project is Prototype model. This model was
chosen because it allows developers to make changes easily. To develop this
application, developers use Unity Hub software. In addition, for design develop-
ers use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash CS6 and Adobe Audition to record
sound. Cerdik jawi has two main buttons, namely "Jom Belajar Jawi" and "Jom
Main Game". Inside the "Jom Belajar Jawi" button there are four menu: "Kenal
Huruf", "Bezakan Huruf", "Cari Huruf" and "Video". Firstly, for "Kenal Huruf"
students will hear the sounds of Jawi letters and try to practice them. Secondly,
for "Bezakan Huruf", students have to guess the letter based on the question.
Thirdly, for "Cari Huruf" students have to find the hidden letters that are paired
to go to the next level. Lastly, for "video" in "Jom Belajar Jawi" students can
watch some videos related to Jom Belajar Jawi. In "Jom Main Game" the stu-
dents answer the questions according to the four levels provided. For each
level the students need to put letters in the box.

workout at the gym or people that really hungry and doesn’t care about their
calories intake, most of the time they will forgot and don’t know what did they
consume, what calories that they need to take for today and what type of food
they want to make.Neko Calories Menu is a project where people can identify
amount of calories and the type of food they will take for their calorie control
through app.Not just food but also an exercise to help people to become more
healthy.This application was develop to help people to control their calories
intake per daily by calories calculation, Body Mass Index(BMI) calculation, Ex-
ercises and Healthy Recipe. The project methodology we will be using is the
waterfall model because it has the type of the model that need to create for our
project such as requirement gathering which is the first and most important
part before develop the application.In this state the waterfall model is suitable
beacause it focuses very little on the end user or client involved with a pro-
ject.Scope of the project is pretty simple user just have to install the app and log
in the app.After log in user just have tap wich one the user want to whether is
exercise or anything that the app provide. Conclusion,the primary goal of this
project is to prove that neko calories menu can help user control their calories

application that will act as medium for students to lodge reports related to any

was broken and unsafe to use for sleeping. Student can easily just take a photo
of it and upload into the system. This project will be developed using Visual
Studio Code. This project is chosen because it is very interesting. Furthermore,
it’s also very practically feasible to construct, practically applicable and useful
and has potential to be marketed. In addition, it is different from other existing
similar systems in the market. The reports which have been uploaded will be
managed in the website application that designed for the administrators. The
final product of this project is website that works fully and achieves everything
that contains in the objective of this project.

ABSTRACT
PMU Online Event Management (POEM) is windows application software
developed for staffs and lecturers at Politeknik Mukah Sarawak (PMU) to manage all
the activities related to the booking events. Currently, PMU manage all the booking
event activities conducted by lecturers manually by using forms as a standard of
protocol (SOP) procedure. However, this will give a great challenge to the staffs and
lecturers to booking places for specific events such as, time consuming, storage man-
agement and booking date and time clash. Therefore, POEM system is designed and
developed by using a prototype methodology to ensure all requirements are ful-
filled. The system is developed by using the NetBeans platform (version 8.2) with
PhpMyAdmin software (version v3.2.4) to store, delete and manipulate data. The
system can be used by the two main users, which is a lecturer and administrator
(staff). The lecturer can access the system to book a specific venue with specific date
and time for specific events. Only the administrator has the privilege to approve and
decline the lecturer application. Other than that, the system is developed for PMU
usage only. Then, the system undergoes validation test by using two methods such
as Unit Testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT). This is to ensure all the system
functionality is running as expected and no logic error occurs. From the validation
results it can be concluded that, the system is fully functioning and meet the user
requirement. As a conclusion, the POEM will make the booking event process be-
come more efficient in term of time consuming, storage management, event date and
time clash. Last but not least, lecturer and administrator (staff) can gain access to
the system anywhere and anytime to booking venue for specific event and to ap-
prove or decline lecturer application.

MyJadual is a mobile application developed for lecturers and students
in Politeknik Mukah (PMU). This is due to the problem whereby students and
lecturers do not remember the class schedule and for some reason the
hardcopy of the class schedule is missing. Therefore, they found it difficult to
estimate what is the next class and subject. Hence, development of this mobile
application will increase their efficiency in term of their time management.
MyJadual involves all activities related to create a schedule including adding
and removing the subject/activity, setting the alert notification on and also
viewing the overall schedule. The system is developed by using waterfall model
methodology to ensure all the requirements are fulfilled. This application creat-
ed using Android Studio with SQL Lite to manipulate data. Then, this applica-
tion undergoes validation test to ensure all the functionality is running as
expected and no logic error occurs. From the validation result, it can be con-
cluded that it meets user requirement. As conclusion, developing MyJadual will
give a great benefit to the PMU community in terms of their time management.

Virtual Menu Apps is for developing an ordering system via QR Code that
customers using their own smartphone to take order. This project will help to improve
the existing traditional method using paper and pen. Besides, this Virtual Menu Apps will
be able the business by living the new norms to help prevent the disease from spreading
further. One of the major problems faced by the previous part ordering is too much time
to wait customer to take their order and come back to serve their order. Therefore, this
ordering system using mobile application is created in order to assist the restaurant’s
management system as well as decrease the work carried out by the employees in the
restaurant. The objective of this project is to develop the application that provide custom-
er via virtual menu with more information of menu such as picture of menu, name, price
and description. It is easier for customers to place an order in a quiet time because
sometimes they take the order in a hurry.Rapid Application Development method is
selected as the methodology for this project which the mobile application is developed
through few versions of prototype until a complete application is develop. This mobile
application will be developed in Android platform with the help of this few software such
as Android Studio and SQLite which is used to store the database. Virtual Menu Apps are
also is quite simple and user-friendly interface, customers will have no problem in
navigating throughout the application.

many fake tourist websites. In our app only need to place a tourists spots that
have been approved by the Bintulu Tourism Board. The researcher will carry

tourism industry. There will be an Android Application which will be used by

Barter Trade Exchange or also known as BTrade is a website that developed
for Polytechnic Mukah’s students to trade their belongings that they do want any more
with the item that they interested which is the confirmation is on both side’s approval.
Mostly, students just throw away their unused belongings even though the items are still
able to use which cause wastage. The objective of this project is to develop a website as a
platform for Polytechnic Mukah’s students to trade their items with other students that
has the items that they interest and by using BTrade as a platform that could make a both
sides a “win-win” situation. Besides that, this website enabled the students to post or
publish their unused items that they want to trade with. BTrade is a website that run as a
website platform to make it easier for students to explore the items that they would like
to trade and publish their unused items, but for beginning the development of this project
are using Netbeans platform (version 8.2) with PhpMyAdmin software (version 3.2.4) to
store, delete and manipulate data. The system is divide into 2 main users which is stand-
ard user and administrator. Then, the methodology that being used for this project is User
Acceptance Test (UAT) to ensure the functionality of website and no login error is detect-
ed. Conclusion, this project may help to make the place cleaner by unused item not be-
come a rubbish for environment. Therefore, with this project that we developed will help

Technotle Notes is an app that developed for Iban students to learn in
easier way about the computer and networking in their own language and
English. The Iban Students faces the problem in learning about the computer
and networking in English in a short period of the time which makes them
delay to learn all the topics or syllabuses and other subjects. So, the objective of
this project are to develop an app that provide the students with the most effi-
cient way in assisting on looking for their desired notes about the basics of the
computer and the basics of the networking and ensuring that the students can
learn in fast pace. Besides, the Technotle Notes App also provide notes and vid-
eos for those who are interested to learn in English by hearing and remember-
ing them straight away. This app enabled quizzes in google form to motivate
them to learn more and the admin will update more quizzes and notes from
time to time. This project is suitable for those Iban students to download from
play store and carry it with them all the time and to their classes. The app is
also available to the offline mode and it only needed internet when download
the app from play store and also when do the quizzes in google form. The Tech-
notle Notes App is also suitable for lecturers or teachers because it doesn’t
needed to pay to use it.

ArGee is a website where it can help the students to buy foods while
they are in college. There will be people working under the website (runners).
There will be a form provided in the website for the students to fill in the
details. After they fill in the form, the runners will receive the notification and
will buy the foods that has been requested. There will be a delivery service
charge too because the runners most likely to be students itself and it might
costs their stamina and energy. Students usually will have a hard time to buy
foods they want due to college activities, assignments or any kind of situation
they are facing. Our objectives are to help the students to buy the foods they
want through this website and to save students’ time from being wasted to go
to the cafeteria and stall near their hostel. For our project, we will be using agile
method. In this methodology, we have five phases to go through. The first phase
will be discussion phase, followed by analysis phase, strategy phase, execution
phase and lastly, QA and testing phase. In brief, this website will help to allevi-
ate the common problems faced by students.

Smartphone have variety of uses and becomes one of the devices that
can help to monitor in any aspects. Since less awareness concern on door lock-
ing system, the device proposed in this project will help to solve the problem.
For this project, smartphone will activate the door lock using Bluetooth. By
using Android software, the smartphone can activate the door lock automatical-
ly and unlock the door. Data transmission will be done using Bluetooth technol-
ogy. So, the user does not have to worry whether the door is lock or not because
user can control it by using their smartphone. The user also does not have to
worry about the losing of the door key. The project that will build consists of
hardware and software development. After doing some research, the result
expectation for this project is the user can control the operation of a door lock
automatically and unlock the door with Bluetooth using a smartphone. Besides
that, the door locking system must be function efficiently. Experiment setup
was done in order to test the performance of the designed system. Results from
analysis shows that when inside room, the connection between smartphone
and Bluetooth was not lost while outside room, the connection between
smartphone and Bluetooth was lost after 18m.

developed due to enhance some comfortable classroom and reminder for the
lecturer. Sometimes, lecturer might be busy until they forgot that they have a
class at that time. When a class is begun, sometimes a relatively hot
temperature inside the classroom will cause discomfort for both students and
lecturer. In the classroom, the temperature inside is unknown whether it is hot
or cold. The objective of the project is to develop a device to remind lecturer
that they had a class at that time. In other addition, to develop a device to make
sure the temperature inside the classroom is comfortable for students and
lecturer in learning time. Among them, to develop a device that can detect the
temperature and humidity changes in a classroom. As the results, the students
and the lecturer will feel more comfortable during the learning session when in
the class. It also can help the lecturer to always alert with their own class sched-
ule. As the conclusion, this project is aiming to solve discomfort problems due
to relatively hot temperature inside a class with its own user’s alternatives. It is

ABSTRACT
Uriela Street Light is an automated system which automates the
street. The main aim of Uriela Street Light is to reduce the power consumption
when there are no vehicle movements on the road. The Uriela Street Light will
reduce the accidents among villagers. With advancement of technology, things
are becoming simpler and easier for everyone in the world today. The Uriela
Street Light provides a solution for energy saving which is achieved by sensing
an approaching vehicle using the IR sensors and then switching ON a block of
street lights ahead of the vehicle with high intensity. By using this system, man-
ual works are 100% removed. It automatically switches ON the light when the
sunlight goes below the visible region of our eyes. This is done by a sensor
called Light Dependent Resistor(LDR) which sense the light actually like our
eyes. Thus, we save a lot of energy. So when there/ are no vehicles on the high-
way, then all the lights/ remains DIM.

tion is based on the voice as the research object. Speech recognition allows the machine
to turn the speech signal into text or commands through the process of identification and
understanding, and also makes the function of natural voice communication. The objec-
tive of this project are to develop a safe box that provide user with most efficient way of
using as it is a portable type of safe box with small nor medium size of boxes. This safe
box project is a medium that can be used to store one or more valuable objects.Safe box
have its function to protect valuables from theft or robbery. The goal of our project is to
design and assemble a biometric access control system that uses voice recognition of safe
box security system to authenticate the user. In this project, user able to carry it around
easily with less burden to carry because its sizes are light weight. Voice recognition is a
feature where this feature using the authenticity of a person voice. Lastly, this voice pro-
ject can be change by using an AccessPort137 software. To make sure the safe box able to
recognition owner or make a new owner of the box. However, there are still got many
features that be able to add in to this voice recognition safe box project. It can alert the
owner with highly security system. If time permits a cell module will be used to alert the
owner of a possible break-in attempt.

Automatic Cloth Retriever System

ABSTRACT
Automatic Cloth Retriever System is a system that is developed mainly
for working people to manage their laundry throughout the day as people often
do not have time to manage their routine. The objective of this project is to
automatically retrieve clothes when the system detect raindrops. This project
uses sensor, microcontroller and motor to function. The sensor used is a rain
sensor which works by detecting rain and avoid cloth getting wet. It functions
by automatically retrieve-in the clothes when it is raining and oppositely
retrieve-out the clothes when it is sunny. Moreover, it uses gsm for alerting
purpose which enables the user to receive notification on their mobile phone
every time the cloth is retrieved in or out based on the weather condition. This
system supposed to ease the resident and college student by preventing their
cloth or laundry from getting wet when they are not at home.
