1. Login, an O-Mail landing page appears.
2. Click on the profile name drop-down, appearing on the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Select the FAQ’s option from the drop-down list.
4. An FAQ’s page appears.
5. Click on any of the product appearing on the screen to view the FAQ’s for that particular
product or scroll to view more products.
6. Questions with answers will be displayed.
7. On the right side of the question, click on the icon to view the answer.
8. Click on icon to Minimize the answer.
