One of our favorite snorkel locations is Pel-
ican Rock, which is one of the most visually
stimulating snorkeling experiences in Cabo
San Lucas.

PARASAILING
ADVENTURE

Our private speedboat will lead your group
into the deep blue, where you’ll be guid-
ed up in the air with the assistance of high
speeds and wind alone. Float quietly above
the crystal blue waters while soaking in
the views of El Arco from over 600 feet in

JET SKIING,

gentle giants are filter feeders, not hunters, so swimming
and snorkeling with them is 100 percent safe. This ac-
tivity occurs in La Paz, and your Experience Curator can

PALMILLA GOLF COURSE

Recognized as the “Grand Dame of Los Cabos Golf,” this Jack Nick-
laus Signature Design champion course combines the best of beauty,
challenge and delight. It offers spectacular ocean views at every hole,
five sets of staggered tee boxes, four lakes and elevation shifts to
excite all skill levels. Rated as the “Best Golf Course in Mexico” by
Travel & Leisure, it’s no wonder that this course marks the top of our
must-play list.

DIAMANTE

Nestled between massive sand dunes on the pacific coast of the Baja
Peninsula, the private access club, Diamante, gives you the feeling
that you could be in Ireland or Scotland. There is absolutely nothing
like this landscape anywhere in Cabo. Its newest course, El Cardonal,
was designed by none other than Tiger Woods. According to Ken
Jowdy, Diamante’s lead developer, Tiger designed the course to ap-
peal to all skill levels. “The average golfer will have a good time and
the very good golfer will appreciate the subtleties and difficulties of
the course,” Ken said. The original and dramatic Dunes Course, de-
signed by Davis Love III, features the most impressive sand dunes on
the entire North American continent.

CABO DEL SOL’S OCEAN COURSE

A world-renowned Jack Nicklaus signature design, the magnificent
ocean courses stretches for more than a mile along a coastline of
craggy rock outcroppings and sun-washed shores. This champion-
ship layout is praised by Nicklaus himself for having the “three finest
finishing holes in all of golf.” The 5th and signature 17th holes are
currently ranked among “The 500 Best Holes in the World” according
to Golf Magazine.

SUVICHE

The award-winning menu at Suviche
highlights the finest Japanese sushi and a
striking selection of Mexican ceviches. Infused

reknowned Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten,
the result is cuisine that transcends any

Hamachi Trufa Maki roll, featuring yellowtail

Conceived by one of our favorite culinary
masters, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, who
also oversees Eden Rock in St. Barths, Seared
is the latest addition to One&Only Palmilla’s
culinary prowess. Presenting the finest steaks
and freshest seafood alongside Mexico’s most
comprehensive wine list, it is a must-vis-
it while in Palmilla. We recommend starting
with the chef’s signature Wagyu Beef Ten-
derloin, and finishing with the Mexican Vanilla
Panna Cotta.

in Los Cabos, Edith’s offers traditional Mexi-
can cuisine in an upscale outdoor palapa set-
ting. Indulge in out-of-this-world fresh sea-

Hacienda Cocina y Cantina
DOC is a wine bar and restaurant featuring
both Italian and Mexican wines by the glass or
bottle, as well as a large selection of upscale
Italian dishes. Owner Pietro Gioco and chef
Emanuele Oliviero are both native Italians,
and the menu is traditional, with oustanding
charcuterie, bruschetta and pasta. Our cura-
tors rave about the Short Rib Ravioli, Tartufati,
and Panna Cotta.

HACIENDA
COCINA Y CANTINA

This restaurant merges traditional Mexican
architecture with casual, beachfront dining
to create an elegant, laid back experience.
Perched on the most beautiful quarter-mile of
beach and overlooking the iconic Land’s End
arch, Hacienda is not only visually stunning
but also offers an incredible menu accompa-
nied by wine, beer and specialty cocktails.

Don Sanchez Restaurant holds the reputation
Don Sanchez as one of the area’s hottest and most inno-
vative “contemporary Baja fusion” restaurant
Tequila concepts. It’s known for its sophisticated at-
H Restaurant mosphere, flawlessly seasoned fish, seafood
and steak, accommodating the tastes of any
palate, on any occasion. Cuvée’s favorite part
of Don Sanchez is their wine list, which fea-
tures over 300 international wine labels.

TEQUILA

The menu at Tequila consists of the finest
and freshest seafood, beef and poultry, and
highlights locally-grown produce. The variety
in dishes highlights an exciting blend of
Mediterranean, Asian and Mexican influences,
sure to delight the palate. Dishes are prepared
either grilled or in a wood burning oven to
maximize flavor. Our Curators recommend
starting out with an order of spring rolls
dipped in mandarin ginger sauce or trying the
sweet and juicy grilled lobster with pesto.

H RESTAURANT

One of the best restaurants in San José—with
contemporary, “rustic” American and Mex-
ican-inspired cuisine in an elegantly casual
ambiance. H Restaurant’s cuisine is a creative
blend of international offerings and innova-
tive twists on Mexican classics. An extensive
wine list and a romantic, refined atmosphere
make H Restaurant an outstanding choice for
a special dinner. Reservations are required,
which can all be arranged by our Experience
Curators.

THE FLORA FARMS EXPERIENCE:
A CUVÉE FAVORITE

Flora Farms is a ten-acre organic farm located in the foothills of the Sierra de la Laguna
Mountains in San José del Cabo, and is one of Cuvée’s must-visit attractions. The farm
offers daily tours, “En Plein Air” painting classes, cooking lessons, as well as Flora’s Field
Kitchen - a seasonal, local and organic restaurant serving breakfast, brunch, lunch and
dinner. The setting serves as an idyllic retreat for any nature lover, and the owners and
workers adopt local rescue dogs who spend their “retirement” living a life of dog luxury
on the farm. The kids and pet lovers will have a great time getting to know them all.

All meats served at the farm come from a nearby 150-acre ranch where animals are hu-
manely raised on diets that do not include hormones or antibiotics. In the evenings, and
for Sunday brunches, Flora’s Field Kitchen also features wood-fired pizzas fresh from the
oven, known fondly as “Mama’s Pizzeria.”



AUTHENTIC, LOCAL

You can find much more than touristy t-shirts in the wide
range of shops located in San José Del Cabo and Cabo
San Lucas. From hand-painted Talavera pottery, 100 per-
cent Mexican vanilla, beautifully-crafted turquoise and
Yucatan silver jewelry and home goods from Taxo, exqui-
sitely-stitched colorful embroidery and intricate bead-
work from the Huichol tribes, there is a wide range of
unique and eclectic goods sure to satisfy even the most
discerning shopper.

One of Cuvée’s favorite authentic Cabo-made goods is
the blown glassware from Fábrica de Vidrio Soplado. In
addition, the burgeoning arts scene has attracted na-
tional and international artists who are opening galleries
throughout Los Cabos, with many located in San José del
Cabo’s rapidly evolving city center. Several shops will de-
sign custom gold and silver jewelry for you, fashioning
pieces in just one or two days. In addition, local liquor
shops sell hand-distilled liqueur called Damiana, which is
widely touted as an aphrodisiac.

During peak season, the art galleries stay open late ev-
ery Thursday for the San José Art Walk. Enjoy strolling
through the galleries and enjoying the laid-back Cabo at-
mosphere, while enjoying a complimentary tequila. Learn

As water activities are one of the top at-
tractions in town, be sure to pack mul-
tiple swimsuits. For lounging around the
beach or at your Cuvée villa, sandals and
a sheer cover-up complete the perfect
casual Cabo outfit. During the high sea-
son, the temperature remains warm in
the evenings, so light sundresses or maxi
skirts are a good option for dinner out or
exploring the downtown scene. In the
winter months, the evenings can get a bit
chilly so be sure to pack a light sweater or
jacket. Sunscreen, sunglasses and lip balm
are a necessity when it comes to protect-
ing your skin and eyes from those bright

LOS CABOS WEATHER

There’s truly never a bad time to visit Los Cabos as the weather is warm year round. May through June is a
great time to visit because the wintertime crowds have gone home and the summertime storms have yet to hit.
August through October is considered the rainy season in Los Cabos, however is very mild. If whale watching is
on your bucket list, aim to visit from December through March for the best viewing opportunities. For the best
fishing plan to plan your trip in the late summer or early fall.
