Pine Creek Cookhouse

ASPEN'S FINE DINING

There are several decadent dining options in Aspen for any
occasion. Nestled in the scenic Castle Creek Valley in the
heart of the rugged Elk Mountains, Pine Creek Cookhouse
represents American alpine cuisine at its finest. Ingredients
are locally sourced and the seasonal menu takes cues
from great mountain culinary traditions. At Su Casa, enjoy
authentic Mexican dining with a colorful atmosphere. The
sizzling fajitas and fresh lime margaritas won't disappoint.
Another excellent option is Brunelleschi's, known for
their gourmet pizza, pasta and salads. Or, let us reserve
a table at Justice Snow's, the perfect combination of a
hip downtown Aspen restaurant in a historic location in
the Wheeler Opera House. You can always expect a fresh,
seasonal menus, along with savory dishes that have been
elevated with unexpected twists.

Justice Snow's

L'Hostaria L'HOSTARIA
Matsuhisa
At this Aspen-based Italian restaurant, you can
The Wild Fig expect authentic Italian cuisine prepared and
served with loving attention to detail. Chef
Tiziano has both a passion for gourmet Italian
cuisine and the patience for the time-consuming,
old-fashioned cooking techniques it takes to
make it right. Be sure to try one of the many
homemade pastas as well as the Italian desserts.

MATSUHISA

Matsuhisa Aspen is centrally located on Main
Street, and is the child of one of our favorite,
world-renowned head chefs, Chef Nobu. Known
for his innovative fusion cuisine blending tradi-
tional Japanese dishes with Peruvian and Argen-
tinian ingredients, a reservation at Matsuhisa is
sure to be one of the highlights of your vacation.
Enjoy high-end Japanese fusion fare and Cu-
vée's favorite sushi dishes. We recommend the
Broiled Black Cod with Miso sauce or King Crab
Tempura.

THE WILD FIG

Right in the heart of Aspen is a dining spot with
all the charm and energy of a European Brasse-
rie. Plates brimming with the bounty of France,
Spain, Italy and Greece make a short flight from
the kitchen to the table. This oasis, built of leath-
er, marble and continental attitude, is The Wild
Fig. Our personal menu favorite is the "Fish in a
Bag," accompanied with cherry tomatoes, zucchi-
ni, mushrooms and herbs.

STEAKHOUSE 316

Situated inside a cozy Victorian home, this un-
assuming steakhouse provides an intimate dining
experience that is rivaled by few. With phenom-
enal steaks from nearby cattle herds and fresh
seafood dishes, Steakhouse 316's menu sets the
standard in Aspen. Our personal favorite is Lulu's
Kale Salad, followed by the Kobe Filet with blue
cheese bone marrow butter. Be sure to extra
leave room, for the sticky toffee bread pudding!

Steakhouse 316

CACHE CACHE Cache Cache
Ajax Tavern
Cache Cache truly distinguishes itself as a
luxurious dining experience with an extensive
wine selection and diverse menu of offerings.
The restaurant showcases a beautiful French
dining room that exudes a lively and welcoming
feel, yet is also recognized as one of the best bars
in town. We highly recommend the Alaskan King
Crab appetizer and Strauss Veal Ossobuco.

AJAX TAVERN

With slope-side bistro dining, Ajax Tavern is a
great place to eat after a hike up Aspen Moun-
tain. Located right at the base, Ajax Tavern comes
to life at lunch and sizzles into the night year
round. The large patio makes it a great outdoor
dining spot for lunch, dinner and everything in
between. We highly recommend Ajax Tavern for
lunch to enjoy a beautiful Aspen summer day.
Don't forget to order truffle fries for the table!

Meat & Cheese MEAT & CHEESE
Element 47
Located on "restaurant row" in Aspen, this
restaurant and farm shop offers artisan cheeses,
cured meats, seafood, local produce, seasonal
flowers, freshly baked bread, curated dry goods
and an assortment of hand-selected vintage and
new housewares. The restaurant features world
farmhouse cuisine paired with an eclectic yet
affordable wine list, craft beer, locally roasted
Rock Canyon Coffee and fresh juices. Open for
lunch and dinner.

ELEMENT 47

Element 47, located at The Little Nell, has been
called Aspen's "finest spot to wine, dine and
unwind." In 2015, Element 47 received its first
five-star restaurant award. Whether you walk-in
for lunch, drop in at the bar for a more casual
rendezvous, or are celebrating a special occasion,
you'll be greeted with warmth, not formality. In
addition, you'll find the ambiance as fine as the
dining. For dinner, we recommend the Dry-Aged
Duck Breast with raddiccio and watercress.

THE WHITE HOUSE TAVERN

The White House Tavern offers premium sand-
wiches along with distinctive wines, beers and
cocktails in a warm, authentic setting. Guests can
expect a lively atmosphere featuring an exhibi-
tion-style kitchen and original artwork, including
an vintage American flag with only 37 stars. Our
personal favorite is the Crispy Chicken Sandwich
on a house-made torta with swiss cheese, toma-
to and spicy slaw.

The White House Tavern

CUVÉE'S FAVORITE
PRIVATE CHEF, SUSIE

One of our favorite Cuvée-curated experiences is a private
dinner at your residence prepared by our incredible Chef
Susie Jimenez, who was the runner-up on Food Network's
Food Network Star, Season 7. Tantalize your taste buds with
an incredible selection of the finest cuisine prepared with
the freshest, seasonal ingredients. Your menu will be per-
sonalized to your individual tastes by Chef Susie, based on
your food and diet preferences. Afterwards, relax outside
by the fire pit as you enjoy a warm summer evening soak-
ing in a gorgeous Rocky Mountain sunset.

LADIES’ SUMMER FASHION

Whether you choose to explore the outdoors, or relax in your penthouse suite, layering
is key when it comes to summer in the Aspen. During the day, temperatures will be
around 80° and drop to the 40's and 50's in the evenings. Afternoon rain showers are
also common in the mountains so we recommend packing along a rain jacket. During
the day you will be comfortable in shorts or jeans and a tank top. For evenings out,
think jeans and a top layered with a cardigan or light jacket. Colorado's high elevation
makes the sun extra harsh, so be sure to include a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen in
your luggage!

MEN'S STYLE

Colorado mountain weather is very unpredictable so be sure
to pack outfits that are easy to layer to take on the changes.
Rain showers are likely in the afternoon, so be sure to include
a rain jacket in your luggage. During the day opt for shorts
and a casual shirt and comfortable shoes. When the tempera-
ture drops during the evening, we recommend jeans and a
long sleeve shirt or a light jacket.

offer a variety of classes for all skill levels. Our
personal favorite is O2 Aspen, where you
will experience a holistic approach to health
where the mind, body and soul connect to re-
juvenate and renew. At O2 you can choose
from relaxing classes such as meditation and
guided relaxation, or opt for a more intense
class such as power hour or the Iyengar yoga

PRE-TRIP PLANNING:

Getting Here:
Aspen is serviced by both Aspen/Pitkin Airport and Denver International Airport
(DIA). Aspen/Pitkin Airport offers non-stop service to major cities and is just a
10 minute drive from downtown Aspen. DIA is 220 miles east (approximately 4
hour drive) of Aspen.

International Travel:
Visitors traveling from outside of the United States are required to posses pass-
ports valid for six months beyond the period of their intended stay. Airline res-
ervation name must match your passport exactly!

Transportation:
Whether you need transportation to and from the airport, or would prefer
pre-arranged transportation for your entire stay, let our Cuvée Curators and
winter driving experts assist with any questions or reservations you might re-
quire.

Weather:
Summer and Fall in the mountains brings likely afternoon rain showers. During
the day the temperature can get all the way to the eighties, however, the eve-
nings do cool down to the forties. The high elevation and close proximity to the
sun can easily lead to sunburn, so don't forget your sunscreen!

Altitude:
The altitude at the base of Aspen mountain is 7,945 feet, which can be quite
an adjustment for those accustomed to living at sea level. Most visitors adjust
to the thin air within the first few days, but be sure to drink extra water and
consume moderate amounts of alcohol your first evening.
