Throughout your learning journey on the VOLKSWAGEN Group
Apprenticeship programme, you will complete a number of
training weeks over your programme. This will teach you the
knowledge and skills required to perform against both the Institute
of the Motor Industry and VOLKSWAGEN Group standards. The
Branded Job Role Definition is mapped into the Apprentice
Programme to help prepare you for your Accreditation Assessment
at Parts Advisor Level.

We have identified that a lack of practicing skills in the workplace
has had a detrimental impact on first time pass rates. We have
therefore created this skills passport for you and your mentor to
complete, this will ensure you have the best possible opportunity
to pass your assessment first time!

You will be asked to show your Passport to your VLA at each visit to
check progress. If you feel you require any additional support
please let your Employer and Vocational Learning Advisor know.

Please do not sign learners off against an area unless you are
happy they are performing at the correct level.
