KALKULASI BBS 2

Setelah selesai membuat Shop Drawing BBS,
dilanjutkan dengan tahap Kalkulasi / tonage
BBS. Berat tulangan besi dihitung berdasarkan
peraturan yang berlaku di Indonesia yaitu
Standar Nasional Indonesia ( SNI 2052 2017 Baja
Tulangan Beton ) yang dikeluarkan oleh Badan
Standarisasi Nasional (BSN)

KALKULASI / CUTTING LIST BBS 3

Kalkulasi Tonage besi dilakukan dengan cara :
1. Input / entry data secara manual tiap detail tulangan ke dalam Program BBS 2010

( berat tulangan per-diameter sudah otomatis sesuai SNI ) untuk Program
AUTOCAD / G-STAR
• Hitung panjang potong sesuai pengurangan / deduction besi mulur /

memanjang karena adanya tekukan atau kait.
• Tonage panjang potong ( input / entry data panjang potong ) untuk Order

Besi, Opname Mandor & Sub-kon Besi.
• Tonage panjang aktual ( input / entry data panjang aktual ) untuk Remeasure

& progress ke Owner sesuai panjang terpasang.

2. Report Program - Kalkulasi sudah otomatis ( berat diameter sudah otomatis
sesuai sesuai SNI ) untuk :
• Program AUTOCAD - AUTOREBAR
• Program REVIT- GRAITEC

2. Waste Aktual : Monitoring BBS Proyek ( Form PC) dari
▪ Surat Jalan Material besi datang / SPN
(Data besi stock lonjoran / 12 m)
▪ Data besi terpotong / cutting
▪ Data Besi terfabrikasi
▪ Data Besi terpasang / install
▪ Data Besi stock / sisa potong

MONITORING BESI PROYEK

Monitoring Besi dibuat dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui, memonitor /
mengontrol semua kegiatan operasional pembesian dan selanjutnya
bisa dilakukan evaluasi / analisa serta antisipasi / upaya solusi /
pemecahan bila terjadi masalah. Jadi Monitoring dilakukan agar
kesalahan awal dapat segera diketahui dan dapat dilakukan tindakan
perbaikan, sehingga mengurangi resiko yang lebih besar

Monitoring Besi Proyek yang dipakai adalah Form yang diterbitkan oleh PC,
dimana Engineering (BBS/SE) wajib mengisi tonnage / berat besi semua item
pekerjaan sesuai BBS dan membandingkan tonnage / berat besi Bill of
Quantity / BQ Tender. Bila terjadi perbedaan, maka Proyek wajib meng-
analisa & menginformasikan penyebab perbedaan yang terjadi ke Pusat
