The Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) is a screening test for medical graduates who wish to practice in India but have earned their degrees abroad. The exam is conducted twice a year by the National Board of Examinations (NBE). It consists of 300 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), divided into two parts. Each part contains 150 questions and is conducted in a single day. The exam is based on the MBBS curriculum, including pre-clinical, para-clinical, and clinical subjects.
