‫ﺳﻧﻘوم ﺑﺗﺟﻣﯾﻊ ﻓرﯾﻖ ﻣن اﻟﺧﺑراء اﻟذﯾن ﻟدﯾﮭم اﻟﻣﮭﺎرات واﻟﺧﺑرات واﻟﺷﺑﻛﺎت اﻟﻣﻧﺎﺳﺑﺔ ﻟﺗﻘدﯾم اﻟوظﺎﺋف اﻟﺷﺎﻏرة اﻟﻣﺧﺗﻠﻔﺔ‪ .‬ﺳﯾﻛون اﻟﻔرﯾﻖ ﻗﺎدرا ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺧﺻﯾص‬
‫اﻟوﻗت اﻟﻼزم ﻟﺗﺣدﯾد أوﻟوﯾﺎت ھذا اﻟﻣﺷروع وﺳﯾﺷرف ﻋﻠﯾﮫ ﻣدﯾر ﺣﺳﺎب‪.‬‬

‫إدارة اﻟﺤﺴﺎب‬

‫ﺳﺗﻘوم اﻟﺷرﻛﺔ اﻟوطﻧﯾﺔ اﻷوﻟﻰ ﺑﺗﻌﯾﯾن ﻣدﯾر ﺣﺳﺎب ﻣﺧﺻص وﻓرﯾﻖ ﻣﺗﺧﺻص ﻟﺿﻣﺎن ﺗﻘدﯾم ﺧدﻣﺔ ﻣﻧﺳﻘﺔ ﺑﺄﻛﺛر اﻟطرق ﻛﻔﺎءة وﻓﻌﺎﻟﯾﺔ ﻣن ﺣﯾث اﻟﺗﻛﻠﻔﺔ وﺗﻘدﯾم‬
‫اﻟدﻋم طوال رﺣﻠﺔ اﻟﺗوظﯾف ﺑﺄﻛﻣﻠﮭﺎ‪.‬‬

‫ﺳﯾﺿﻣن ﻣدﯾر اﻟﺣﺳﺎب أن ﯾﻛون ﻟدﯾك ﻧﻘطﺔ اﺗﺻﺎل رﺋﯾﺳﯾﺔ ﺑﺳﯾطﺔ ﺗﺗﺣﻣل اﻟﻣﺳؤوﻟﯾﺔ ﻋن اﻟﻧﺟﺎح اﻟﻛﺎﻣل ﻟﻠﻣﺷروع‪ .‬ﺳﯾﻛوﻧون ﻣﺳؤوﻟﯾن ﻋن ﺗﻧﺳﯾﻖ ﻓرﯾﻖ اﻟﺗﺳﻠﯾم‬
‫اﻟداﺧﻠﻲ اﻟذي ﺳﯾﺗم ﺗﻛﻠﯾﻔﮫ ﺑﺎﻷدوار اﻟﻣﺧﺗﻠﻔﺔ اﻟﺗﻲ ﯾﺟب ﺗﻌﯾﯾﻧﮭﺎ‪.‬‬

‫اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﯿﺠﯿﺎت اﻟﺘﻮظﯿﻒ‬

‫ﺑﻌد اﻟﺗﺷﺎور اﻟﺗﻔﺻﯾﻠﻲ ﻣﻊ اﻟﻌﻣﯾل ﺣول اﻻﺣﺗﯾﺎﺟﺎت اﻟﻣﺣددة ﻟﻛل دور ‪ ،‬ﺳﯾﺗم ﺗﻌﯾﯾن وظﺎﺋف ﻟﻔرﯾﻘﻧﺎ وﻓﻘﺎ ﻟﻣﺟﺎل ﺧﺑرﺗﮭم‪.‬‬
‫ﺳﻧﻘوم ﺑﺗﻌﯾﯾن ﻣﺳﺗﺷﺎر واﺣد ﻟﯾﻛون ﺑﻣﺛﺎﺑﺔ ﻧﻘطﺔ اﻻﺗﺻﺎل اﻟرﺋﯾﺳﯾﺔ ﻟﺟﻣﯾﻊ أﺻﺣﺎب اﻟﻣﺻﻠﺣﺔ وﺗﺣﻣل اﻟﻣﺳؤوﻟﯾﺔ ﻋن اﻟﺗﺳﻠﯾم اﻟﺷﺎﻣل ﻟﻠﻣﺷروع‪ .‬طوال اﻟﻌﻣﻠﯾﺔ ‪،‬‬
‫ﺳﯾﺿﻣﻧون ﺗﺣﻘﯾﻖ ﺟﻣﯾﻊ اﻟﻣﻌﺎﻟم ﻣن ﺧﻼل اﻟﻣﺷﺎرﻛﺔ اﻟﻣﺳﺗﻣرة ﻣﻊ اﻻﺳﺗﺷﺎرﯾﯾن وﻣدﯾري اﻟﺗوظﯾف واﻟﻣﻣﺛﻠﯾن اﻟوظﯾﻔﯾﯾن ‪ ،‬وﺗﺗﺑﻊ ﺟﻣﯾﻊ اﻟوظﺎﺋف اﻟﺷﺎﻏرة واﻹﺑﻼغ‬

‫ﻋﻧﮭﺎ وإدارة اﻟﻌﻣﻠﯾﺔ ﻣن اﻹﺣﺎطﺔ اﻷوﻟﯾﺔ إﻟﻰ إﻋداد اﻟﻣوظﻔﯾن اﻟﻧﺎﺟﺣﯾن‪.‬‬

‫ﺳﺗﻛون ﻧﻘطﺔ اﻻﺗﺻﺎل اﻟرﺋﯾﺳﯾﺔ ﻣﺗﺎﺣﺔ أﯾﺿﺎ ﻟﺗﻘدﯾم اﻟﻣﺷورة وﺗﺳﮭﯾل ﻋﻣﻠﯾﺔ اﻟﺗوظﯾف واﻟﺳﯾﺎﺳﺎت اﻟﻣطﻠوﺑﺔ ﻋﻧد اﻟﺑدء ‪ ،‬ﺑﻣﺎ ﻓﻲ ذﻟك ﺟﻣﯾﻊ إﺟراءات اﻟﺗﻘﯾﯾم‬
‫وﻣؤﺷرات اﻷداء اﻟرﺋﯾﺳﯾﺔ ﻟﻺدارات واﺳﺗﺧدام ﺗﻘﻧﯾﺎت ﺗوﻓﯾر اﻟﻣوارد‪.‬‬

‫ﯾﻣﻛن أن ﯾﻛون ﻣﺳﺗوى اﻟدﻋم ﻣﺗﻐﯾرا اﻋﺗﻣﺎدا ﻋﻠﻰ اﻷﺣﺟﺎم اﻟﻣﺗﻔﻖ ﻋﻠﯾﮭﺎ واﻟﺟداول اﻟزﻣﻧﯾﺔ ﻟﻠﺗﺳﻠﯾم‪ .‬ﻓرﯾﻘﻧﺎ ﻗﺎﺑل ﻟﻠﺗطوﯾر ﺑﺎﻟﻛﺎﻣل وﯾﻣﻛن ﺗﻌﺑﺋﺗﮫ ﻓﻲ ﻏﺿون ﻣﮭﻠﺔ‬

‫ﻗﺻﯾرة ﻟﺗﻘدﯾﻣﮫ ﻓﻲ ﺟﻣﯾﻊ اﻟﻣﺟﺎﻻت اﻟوظﯾﻔﯾﺔ ﺑﻣﺎ ﻓﻲ ذﻟك اﻟﺗﻧﻔﯾذي واﻹدارة واﻟﻔﻧﯾﯾن اﻟﺻﻧﺎﻋﯾﯾن واﻹدارﯾﯾن‪.‬‬

‫آﺧﺮ اﻟﺘﺤﺪﯾﺜﺎت‬

‫ﺳﯾﺗم إﻋداد ﺟدول ﺗﺳﻠﯾم ﻣﻔﺻل ﺑﻣﺟرد أن ﯾﻛون ﻟدﯾﻧﺎ ﻣﺳﺗوى أﻛﺑر ﻣن اﻟﺗﻔﺎﺻﯾل ﺣول اﻷدوار اﻟﺗﻲ ﺳﯾﺗم ﺗﻌﯾﯾﻧﮭﺎ‪ .‬ﯾﺟب أن ﺗﺗﺑﻊ ھذه اﻟﺟداول اﻟزﻣﻧﯾﺔ إﺣﺎطﺔ‬
‫ﻛﺎﻣﻠﺔ ﻣن اﻟﻌﻣﯾل أو اﻻﺳﺗﺷﺎري‬

‫ﻗﻨﻮات اﻟﺠﺬب‬

‫أﺣد اﻟدواﻓﻊ وراء ﻧﺟﺎح ‪ FNRCO‬ﻓﻲ أن ﺗﺻﺑﺢ اﻟﺷرﻛﺔ اﻟراﺋدة ﻓﻲ اﻟﺳوق ﻓﻲ ﻣﺟﺎل اﻟﺗوظﯾف اﻟﻣﺗﺧﺻص ھو ﺣﻘﯾﻘﺔ أﻧﻧﺎ ﻻ ﻧﻘﯾد وﺻول ﻓرﻗﻧﺎ إﻟﻰ اﻷدوات‬

‫ﺗﺄﻣﯾن اﻟﺑﺎﺣﺛﯾن ﻋن ﻋﻣل اﻟﺳﻠﺑﯾﯾن‪.‬‬ ‫اﻟﻣرﺷﺣﯾن ﻣن ﺧﻼل ﻣﻧﺻﺎت ﻣﺧﺗﻠﻔﺔ ‪ ،‬اﻋﺗﻣﺎدا ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻔﺎﺻﯾل اﻟوظﯾﻔﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﺗﻘﯿﯿﻢ اﻟﻤﺮﺷﺤﯿﻦ‬

‫إذا ﻛﻧت ﺑﺣﺎﺟﺔ إﻟﻰ ﺗﻘﯾﯾﻣﺎت ﻧﻔﺳﯾﺔ ‪ ،‬ﻓﺈن ﻓرﯾﻖ اﻟﺗﻘﯾﯾم واﻟﺗطوﯾر ﻟدﯾﻧﺎ ﺟﺎھز ﻟﺗﻘدﯾم ھذه اﻟﺧدﻣﺎت ‪ ،‬واﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﻣﯾل إﻟﻰ أن ﺗﻌﺗﻣد ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟدور‪ .‬إذا ﻛﺎﻧت ھذه اﻟﺧدﻣﺎت‬
‫ﻣطﻠوﺑﺔ ‪ ،‬ﻓﺳﯾﺄﺗﻲ ذﻟك ﻣﻘﺎﺑل رﺳوم إﺿﺎﻓﯾﺔ‪.‬‬
