This is an incredible example to show how new online equipments, or digital tools (often used for management) are influencing so much in the job market these days. Hospitals and labs were pretty much overloaded of demand, home office was a new reality, and establishments where it can get really crowded had to adapt to attending online, such as restaurants opting for delivery service, and schools for online meetings and virtual test applications. But helping to set up a schedule was an easy thing for an AI, helping in the results of mixed ingredients was also an easy job for an AI. But not everything is an ocean of roses. Looking to the other side of the coin, economists shared a rate of massive unemployment caused by many factors, such as the investment cuts that companies applied, or people getting ill. The whole world was going through a crisis. Naturally, the shortage of workers is followed by a rising appreciation upon employees. Also, since the pandemic, minorities could ente r the job market more easily, people with disabilities had been seeking work through many years and now they’ve experienced the greatest opportunity to get hired over generations. In addition to the popularization of remote work (or home office), they foresee an expansion of professions in the technological area. Jobs that were undervalued and that had been losing space have now gained more visibility and recognition. The pandemic also changed the attitude and behavior of professionals, who, the vast majority, began to increasingly question themselves about how to improve their performance in the professional field, so that this reflects on their quality of life, that is, on positive changes in the personal area. Some examples of jobs that started to emerge due to technological advancements during this period and after are: Cyber Security Analyst, Support and Service Desk Analyst, and Leader in Data Science. In the future, some professions are going to disappear, some will continue to be on the rise and some are going to appear. An important detail to highlight is that this "standard" is going to be like this or change, depending on the needs of society. Some examples of jobs that are going to continue to be on the rise are online teachers, digital influencers, coaches, personal trainers, and mental health professionals. Other examples, of new professions, are Cyber security experts, robotics engineers, software developers, user experience (UX) designers, and data analysts. Technology already has a relevant impact today, but in the future, in some years or even decades, the impact will be much bigger, like robots that will increase economic growth and productivity and create new career opportunities for many people worldwide. However, there are still warnings out there about massive job losses, forecasting losses of 20 million manufacturing jobs by 2030, or how 30% of all jobs could be automated by 2030.

But thanks to the consistent levels of precision that robots offer, we can look forward to robots handling more of the burdensome, redundant manual labor tasks, making transportation work more efficiently, improving healthcare, and freeing people to improve themselves. But, of course, time will tell how this all works out. Artificial intelligence has been part of our lives more than ever, jobs are an example. Indeed, AI is one of the most revolutionary technologies of our time, capable of changing the way we do things and creating new opportunities. According to the research CX Trends of Zendez, 75% of consumers believe that AI is already changing the way companies offer their services. Other researchers claim that AI has the potential to create more jobs than it destroys. According to PwC, artificial intelligence could create around 2.7 million net jobs in the UK by 2037. Therefore, it is possible to analyze whether professions emerge, continue to grow, or disappear depending on the needs of society as a whole or because of a milestone, such as wars. In the past, techniques were developed until they reached today's level of technology. In the future, these already improved techniques will evolve, bringing greater development of technology, and significantly affecting professions, and consequently the workplace.
BROUGHT BY THE INTERMEDIATE STUDENTS HOW ABOUT SOME HUMOR?
acknowledgement Thanks for reading our magazine, dear reader. We have the objective of informing our audience and guiding humanity through a brighter future, one that doesn’t rely on dumb activities or futile forms of human engagement, one that thinks rather than acts, one that prepares rather than trusts on instinct, one that focuses on prosperity rather than repeat past mistakes. It’s your duty as a reader to support us as researchers, so we can tear down the bottlenecks separating us from tomorrow, and expand our civilization. We thank you. We also appreciate the parents for letting their children envision such a future, for helping them when they need assistance, and for understanding the value of studying English in a high-quality course. The students are others to be thankful for. All their hard work and all of the time put into such a detailed and specific project is something truly remarkable. While their friends were mostly playing sports or talking to each other about futile subjects that should not impact the world, these young people were discussing matters of real importance and contributing to the creation and design of this research. And last but not least, the teachers. After weeks upon weeks of tireless effort, they were always there to stimulate the young students, to help them, to guide them through the path of learning, and to provoke the students into numerous debates and conversations. We thank you the most, for you were the soul behind this project. Written by Luiz Guilherme Gaudenzi - Advanced Skills
