16 Pre-Arrival – Remote Assessment / e-consultation Preventive Screenings • Instructions for the download and preparation of the Lifestyle Health App will be provided 30 days prior to visit. This will facilitate to receive useful data prior to the client’s arrival and to prepare the Health Journey planning and objectives. • All clients will receive a pre-arrival health questionnaire via the Lifestyle health app to establish their overall condition, interests, objectives and key risks. • A Welcome Set will be sent to the clients home which will include a testing kit to be sent back prior to arrival so the Lifestyle Health Center can pre-assess some key parameters such as biological age assessment. • The Medical team will review any recent medical reports if available. • All clients go through initial health screenings and program planning: • In-house assessment, Physical examination and Psychological assessment. • Functional diagnostics, i.e. Spiroergometry, Ultrasound, EEG, EMG, Tensiometer. • Bioimpedance measurement and HRV (heart rate variability) assessment. • Goal Setting for the program with measurable outcomes. • In an e-consultation medical issues may be clarified beforehand, some pre-arrival recommendations incl. how to best prepare to maximize results during the visit will be provided.
