FISH OIL:

Fish Oil, offered by us, has an important application in the animal feed
industry (mainly aquaculture and poultry), where it is known to enhance
growth, feed conversion rate (FCR) and increased resistance to diseases. We
prepare Refined Fish Oil with the help of the advanced technology to ensure
that its quality is retained for long. Refined Fish Oil, provided by us, is known

FISH SOLUBLES:

Fish soluble is a brown, semi-viscous liquid, with a fishy but pleasant fishy
odour. The unidentified growth factors present in fish soluble helps in
increasing the rate of growth. The fish soluble is rich in all the dissolved
proteins, vitamins and amino acids. We exclusively use sardine stick water for
making fish soluble we make dehydrated fish soluble using soya bean meal.
Soluble when mixed with soya bean meal retain the unidentified growth
factors and hatchability promoting effective Soluble.

CHITIN/CHITOSAN:

chitin is the second most important natural polymer in the world. The main
sources exploited are two marine crustaceans, shrimp and crabs. Our
objective is to appraise the state of the art concerning this polysaccharide: its
morphology in the native solid state, methods of identification and
characterization and chemical modifications, as well as the difficulties in
utilizing and processing it for selected application. Chitosan is the most
important derivative of chitin, outlining the best techniques to characterize it
and the main problems encountered in its utilization. Chitosan, which is
soluble in acidic aqueous media, is used in many applications (food, cosmetics,
biomedical and pharmaceutical applications).

INSECT MEAL:

The insect meals such as black soldier fly larvae meal, housefly maggot meal,
mealworm, crickets and grasshoppers, and silkworm meal have high levels of
crude protein (similar orderof magnitude as soymeal and fishmeal) and lipids.
Their amino acid composition is good and protein digestibility is high, and
these can substitute 25–100% soymeal and fishmeal protein in the diets,
depending on the source of insect meal and the animal species. High oil
present in the insect meals can be extracted to produce another value added
product, biodiesel; and the defatted insect meals having protein content
higher than soymeal and fishmeal can be used as good quality animal feed.

FISH FERTILIZER:

Fish fertilizers provide an excellent source of nutrition for plants and the soil.
When fish fertilizers are used, the plant receives a controlled level of nitrogen,
a vital element necessary for the production of chlorophyll and maintaining
the health of the plant. Too much nitrogen, which can be a side effect of
chemical fertilizers, can overwhelm the plant and cause it to be more
vulnerable to weather fluctuations, insects and diseases. It is well known that
synthetic nitrogen fertilizers 'volatilize' into the atmosphere, not only being
lost to plant availability, but contributing to greenhouse gases. Runoff of
excess synthetic fertilizers to the water table, aquifers, streams, rivers and our
oceans are other negative side effects.
Another major benefit of using a fish fertilizer is improving a healthy food
source that stimulates microorganisms that exist in the soil. Some forms of
commonly found soil microbes also synthesize nitrogen (e.g. nitrifying
bacteria).

Fish hydrolysate fertilizer generally starts out the same way as fish emulsion.
It gets broken down using enzymes, proteases, or chemicals. However, fish
hydryolysate doesn't undergo the heating and skimming process that you get
with the fish emulsion. The higher quality fish hydro lysates only undergo
"cold-processing" which just means they are never heated enough to break
down significant amino acid chains. Good fish hydro lysate also retains the fats
and oils that microbes love.

DRY FISH:

Dry Fish is described as any fisheswhich had developed a strong odourwithin hours of
capture and salted for about four days and then dried. It is highly salted and semi-dried
fishery products with an obnoxious odour and a cheesy but rich fishy flavourwidely liked
as a sea food item worldwide. The fish most commonly dried and salted are cod, herring,
mackerel, and haddock. Smoking preserves fish by drying, by deposition ofcreosote
ingredients, and, when the fish are near the source of heat, by heat penetration.
Herringand haddock (finnan haddie) are commonly smoked. Kippers are split herring,
and bloaters are whole herring, salted and smoked.

Sardines, pilchards and anchovies are small fish of the herring family, often salted and
smoked and then preserved in oil. Fish are dried undercontrolled conditions of
temperature, humidity, and air velocity. Since the dried product is relatively unappetizing
and re-hydrating slow, other preservation methods are common. All these render a
preservative characteristic to the fishes and when packed properly they can be stored for
ages.

CNSL OIL:

Cnsl Oil cashew nut shell liquid oil or cashew nut oil or cnsl oil are a
versatile by product of the Cashew industry. The nut has a shell of about 1 8
inch thickness inside which are a soft honey comb structure containing a dark
red brown veracious liquid It are called CASHEW NUT SHELL LIQUID or CNSL

Poultry Meal:

It is the dry rendered product from a combination of clean chicken flesh and
skin with accompanying bone, derived from whole carcasses of chicken,
Intestine, heads, feet & underdeveloped eggs exclusive of feathers, except in
such trace amounts as might occur unavoidably in good manufacturing
practices. Meal here is used in the sense of an ingredient which has been
ground or otherwise reduced in particle size. It is used only in Animal
Feed/Pet food.

To create Poultry protein meal, ingredients are placed into large vats and
cooked. This rendering process not only separates fat and removes water to
create a concentrated protein product, it also kills bacteria, viruses, parasites
and other organisms.
