This course is to equip students with knowledge of mathematics and the ability to solve problems
and propose solutions using mathematical terms, notation, principles and methods to pursue
education in first-year degree in the field of science and technology.

In general, all students are able to acquire fundamental concepts and theories in Calculus and
Statistics however the average PNGS is below the target (BMKPM PNGS – 3.74) which is 3.68

CLO 2 – Propose solutions for group work regarding real life problems in Calculus and Statistics.

In general, all students are able to propose solutions for group work regarding real life problems in
Calculus and Statistics where the average mark is exceed the target (3.5/5) which is 5
