Leading a Diverse Workforce: Inclusive Leadership through Mindfulness is an interactive learning experience
designed to enable our managers and executives to understand how behaviors and beliefs ("unconscious bias") create
unintended barriers to diverse employees. The course introduces leaders to the concept of practicing mindful leadership
to mitigate unconscious bias and defining and hold self accountable to actions required at the project and individual level
to create an inclusive work environment.

Understanding Unconscious Bias

Understanding Unconscious Bias is a 45 minutes CBT designed to examine how behaviors and beliefs ("unconscious
bias") can create unintended barriers to diverse employees. The course is designed to help them acquire a deeper
understanding of the types of behaviors that result in a more inclusive environment and take actions required at the
project and individual level to create an inclusive work environment. Through examination of some manifestations of
unconscious bias in the workplace, participants learn techniques to mitigate its effects in order to result in a more
inclusive environment, as well as gain an understanding of their role.
