TBG History

The company was founded in 2000, and over the course of
sixteen years, has expanded from a small home based

business to a national full-service event management firm.
Our firm is headquartered in Los Angeles, CA with a staff of

five associates and over 30 Consultants.

Since launching TBG, the company has produced more than
500 events with over 150 international and domestic clients,

and served more than 100,000 guests.

• Our management team is a diverse group of seasoned event
professionals with over 40 years of Event Management experience.

• In addition to our TBG staff, we have a strong team of strategic
partners and consultants who assist with any event or special project
need.

• Everyone associated with TBG, be it our associates, vendors or
consultants are dedicated to a superior level of customer service and
delivering a spectacular event every time.

Our Principal

Tammy Dickerson, CMP, is the Founder & Principal Owner of The Baker Group (TBG)
and has over twenty-five years of event management experience; 9 of those years
were with The Coca-Cola Company.

While at The Coca-Cola Company, Tammy, as Western Region Marketing Manager,
oversaw several high profile national events. These projects included the 1996 and
1998 Super Bowl, 1996 Olympic Torch Relay in Los Angeles and numerous regional
And national sales meetings, sales rallies and tradeshows for the company.

Pursuing her passion for entrepreneurship, Tammy resigned from her position at Coca-Cola to manage
her first event under The Baker Group -- The Inner City Economic Summit. featuring special guest
speaker Vice-President Al Gore. This high profile event gave Tammy an opportunity to fully launch her
company and gain extraordinary experience in this competitive industry.

Tammy has guided TBG's steady growth, attracting a varied roster of national clientele.
She maintains close supervision of the agency's accounts and acts as senior account executive

on the firm's larger projects.
