Section 1

Welcoming customers at the pier to the resort

Boat time information for the trip to the resort for check-in.

The travel time from the onshore pier to the pier on the island is divided into

2 periods:

1. Around 11.30 a.m. (takes about 2 hours to reach the island)
2. Around 01.30 p.m.(takes about 2 hours to reach the island)

When you find some guests that reserve your resort from the pier.

- Good afternoon, sir/ma’am please get an umbrella first.
- Could you please tell me, which name did you use to book?

- How much luggage do you have? Reservation Report Paper

- How many people do you come with?

- Please check your luggage sir/ma’am. We will bring your luggage to the

resort.

At the Resort

- Could I please take an umbrella back?

- Please measure your temperature and use

hand sanitizer before taking a seat in the lobby.

When the guest has finished check-in from the reception

- May I know your room number, please?

- Please check your luggage, sir/ma’am. We

will bring your luggage to your room.

- There are free coffee, kind of fruits, and 4

bottles of water per day.

- In the wardrobe, there are two umbrellas.

Minibar - In the minibar have some beverages and

snacks. You can check the good’s additional
cost in the minibar consumption sheet when
you take out something in the minibar.

- In the toilet, there are two pool towels, towels, handkerchiefs, and hand
towels. You can take the pool towel and beach bags outside, such as the pool
and beach if you want to change the new towel, you can contact the reception
from number 0 or 100.

- There is a safe box. You can set your password

4 digit and press the lock button to lock the safe box.

- The bathtub can change the water temperature by

turning the valve up for hot water and turning the
valve down for cold water.

Introducing Facility in the Resort

When customers want to know information about the facilities in the resort.

- There is a swimming pool in front of the resort, and 2 swimming pools around the resort.

Customers can choose the pool to swim in near the accommodation or the beach.

beach. The areas where customers like to watch the sunset the most are

How to get there: You can contact reception regarding the
diving trip that you have booked. After that, there will be a
diving trip staff to take you to the island that you have reserved.

Dealing with Checking-out Guests

Boat time information for the return journey after check-out from the resort.

The travel time from the pier on the island to the onshore pier is divided into 2 periods:
1. Around 09.30 a.m. (takes about 2 hours to reach the onshore pier )
2. Around 11.30 a.m. (takes about 2 hours to reach the onshore pier )

Note: After checking out from the resort, the boat ticket must be checked in at least 1
hour before the boat departs.

When the reception informs you to receive the guest’s luggage at the room

- Good morning, I’m Bellboy.

I have come to receive your
luggage.

- Could I please take your luggage to

the reception?

reception.

- Please wait at the reception for check-out for

around 10-15 minutes after that, we will bring
your luggage to the pier.

At the pier

to get on. We will take luggage to the boat first after
that, there will be pier staff at the pier to call the

Case 1: When guests walk with their own luggage from the room to the
reception

- May I help you? / Can I take your luggage?

- May I know your room number, please ? (to stick the name tag on the
luggage)

Case 2: The customer wants you to be delivered by golf car.

- May I know your room number, please?

- Where would you like to go? ( In case guests want to go to the kid
club or fitness center)

Case 3: The guest wants to move to another resort.

- We will take you and your luggage to the car.
- Please don’t put your arm out of the car.

Case 4 : The guest asks secondary keycard.

- Excuse me, sir/ma'am, please sign your name to confirm your request for

the secondary keycard.

Case 5: When the customer wants to do kayak but the seawater level
has too low

- We are sorry for the inconvenience due to the seawater level has too low.

You might be got injured from bumping into rock or sea urchins.
