Requirements for Participation

Have a basic knowledge of swimming and the strokes.
Able to swim the full length of the pool, unassisted.
Always display good sportsmanship.
Be willing to learn and try your best.
Attend practices and follow team rules.

Parent/Guardian Requirements

We would not be able to host a swim meet without the help of
the parents. Thank you!
Each parent is required to work 2 shifts of a Jr. meet or 1
complete Sr. meet.
We would like parents to learn one job and have that be your
job for the season.

We are only allowed so many entries in each individual event. It Practice swim suit

To maintain the fit and color of your suit, wash it after each exposure to
chlorine with mild soap. Do not ring the suit of water, but hang to dry
flat. NEVER should it be placed in the dryer. Avoid the suit dryer that is
sometimes found in locker rooms as these will stretch the suit.

Chlorine is hard on everything. Try to rinse out goggles and swim caps
in fresh water every day before storing them.
