Installation Guide

Step 1. Purchasing BTStack Keyboard App
The package is available for US$5 from Cydia
a) From your jailbroken iPhone Springboard, go to Cydia -> Sections
-> Networking.
b) Under the list of Packages, find out BTStack Keyboard and tap to
open it.

c) Tap on Purchase on the top of the screen. Follow through the steps in
order to complete the purchase

d) You will now find the Install button on the top. Tap the button and
then press Confirm to begin installation.

e) Once installation is complete tap on Restart SpringBoard to complete
the installation process

Step 2. Charging the battery
When to charge
1 First-Time Use: Please charge at least 6 hours for the first time usage and
charge at least 2 hours when battery runs low
2 Red LED Blinking: When the red LED starts blinking, it means the battery
is nearly empty
How to charge

Plug the USB cable into your keyboard and computer by USB port
respectively and it starts charging. Keyboard can work uninterruptedly during
charging.

Step 3. Using BTStack Keyboard App
z Press the “connect” button for 1-3 seconds, the red LED on the keyboard

should now be periodically flashing.
z From your iPhone Springboard, tap on the Keyboard icon to open the

BTStack Keyboard utility.
z If your bluetooth is already on, you will now be asked to activate BTStack

bluetooth. Tap on the OK button to confirm BTStack bluetooth activation.

z The BTStack Keyboard app searches and finds your keyboard. Tap on the
corresponding keyboard device to pair.

z You will now be prompted to enter a PIN number using your keyboard.
Enter the four digit pin from your keyboard and press ENTER.

z The pairing is complete. You can now test the connection by typing into the
Test Input Fields text area.

Troubleshooting

If you are unable to connect your Bluetooth Keyboard to the device, or

the keyboard work unconventionally, please try the following:

z Before you install your Bluetooth Keyboard, please make sure bluetooth is
turned on

z Ensure the Bluetooth Keyboard is within a 10 meters range of your device
z Ensure the passkey, is same (the keyboard should repeat the passkey and press

return)
