EDP SERIES 2 : EFFECTIVE & INFLUENTIAL COMMUNICATION The training program aimed to equip Strateq staff with the necessary skills and strategies to communicate effectively and influence others positively. The participants, divided into two groups, had the opportunity to engage in interactive sessions, role-playing exercises, and group discussions. This allowed them to actively practice and refine their communication abilities. Kelvin Chee's expertise as a facilitator was instrumental in driving the success of the training sessions. With his engaging and dynamic teaching style, he captivated the participants and ensured the content was relatable and practical. By incorporating real-world examples and case studies, Kelvin Chee empowered the Strateq staff with actionable strategies they could implement in their day-to-day interactions. The Effective & Influential Communication EDP Module 2 course has unquestionably given Strateq workers essential abilities to advance their professional development.
