FLASHDRIVE ISSUE 1/DECEMBER 2022 LMS is a software platform that allows you to create, deliver, and report on training courses and programs. It’s a powerful learning and training tool that allows for real-time reporting and remote accessibility. EBS INFO by Chloe Cheang - EBS Executive LMS TRENDS AND THE FUTURE OF LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS As we continue to venture through a post-COVID world, remote and hybrid work is becoming the norm as opposed to the exception. For employers, this means that implementing continuous training and .providing access to essential company content any time from anywhere is more important than ever. Companies know that more insight leads to better decision making. With better data tracking, LMS systems will be able to better track the user experience, leading to insight on the effectiveness of every module, monitoring how well a curriculum applies to specific skills, and tracking the learning experience as a whole. Additionally, as part of the Centre of Excellence (COE) initiatives, the platform is planned to be used to roll out upskilling training programs for graduates and working adults via microcredential offerings by Strateq in collaboration with a number of local universities. This project is estimated to be rolled out in the 2nd half of 2023 and currently being handled by Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS).
