WORLD CLASS
EMS MANUFACTURING COMPANY
The past quarter has seen a mix of achievements, challenges as well as new opportunities for the sustainable growth
of the business.
I hope you all have enjoyed the first edition of our quarterly newsletter ‘SVI Reflexion First Edition’. Through this
newsletter, I would like to take the opportunity to share my views on how we have progressed and our plans for the
remaining quarters to come.
As a company, we have adjusted well to the new reality , while also dealing with other far-reaching changes taking
place around us. I am pleased with the progress that we have made together over the past several months in a chal-
lenging times.
Looking ahead in 2022 we will continue to execute and implement our companywide performance improvement
plan in strengthening our operating performance but also, building on what we have achieved so far. We are actively
managing our risks and capital position to maintain a robust balance sheet, as we navigate through the uncertainty
created by the current macro-economic situation whether it’d be the rising inflation, potential slowdown in the
global economy or the continued semiconductor shortage.
In the year of tremendous changes and challenges, the recent period has particularly been transformative for our
workforce. We championed the opportunity of offering skill development and demanding training programs to one
of our most important stakeholders, our employees. I am thankful for these programs and would like to congratulate
those who participated as we look to our employees to be the future leader of our company.
For the months to come, I am confident that we will be able to execute our vision and strategy.
Thank you members of SVI family for your continued contribution and commitment.; I look forward to continuing
our exciting journey together in 2022 and beyond.

The desire for feedback and recognition is not new; it's motivating for
all employees, but the digital natives have the lifelong experience that it
happens all the time and extremely quickly. If they come to you, where
the recognition is not given every day and the feedback comes at the

is probably not at all connected, but it means that you have to turn up
