1. A Medical Camp At Ambavane village, Bhor
taluka with RC Pune University in 2nd week of
December covering 1200 beneficiaries.

2. 850+ SCAW Kits distribution in Jan/Feb.

3. Handing over of ALL Toilet Blocks under
WASH-3 GG to 15 schools.

4. Initiation of Work for Maveshi GG Watershed
Project.

Dr. Milind Pande , got selected as a Rotary Peace Scholar
(short duration, 15th Jan to 6th Apr 2018 ; at Chulalongkorn
University in Thailand).

We have this year chartered a new Club, Rotaract Club of Poona Royal,
which is Community based & has around 20 active members as on date &
meets every month at Our Rotary Service Centre.
Projects include – Blood Donation, Sapling plantation, Old age home
visits..

(University based) & Rotaractors

projects like sapling plantation,
traffic awareness, Blood

RC Poona.

RC Poona has recently
successfully co-hosted the
District Interact Assembly
which saw the participation
from 340+ Interactors from 17
schools , 70+ Rotarians. This
was one of the very few
events which resulted in a
surplus collection of Rs.5.5k
against a shoe-string budget
of Rs.62k , the surplus being
used for the old age home
supplies.

Our Vocational Services Team has successfully completed
multiple projects training girls on making of soaps, imitation
jewelry, paper bags etc. We in the process of identifying &
shortlisting candidates for the vocational service awards
