bubble tea is

The most common sorts of bubble tea, most popular?
according to studies, are 7 different kinds. One of

classic and, according to some, the originator of
boba or bubble tea. Other than that, the most BUBBLE TEA MAGAZINE  |   2
flavorful bubble tea varieties include strawberry
milk tea, brown sugar milk tea, and taro milk tea.
Taro milk tea is a sweet, refreshing, and creamy
type of bubble tea. Thai milk tea is prepared

Why we need
BUBBLE TEA SHOP
to find the

profit? BUBBLE TEA MAGAZINE  |   2

Profit allows a company to expand, boosts
staff morale, facilitates bank negotiations,
attracts investors, and instills confidence
in the company in clients and customers.

So, in order to ensure that we operate a
lucrative bubble tea business, we must
constantly track the amount of bubble
teas we sell each day.

First and foremost, we need

to determine the seven

different varieties of bubble

tea as being represented by

the letters x1, x2, x3, x4, x5,

x6, and x7 to know the

amount of profit we can get

from selling different types

of bubble tea

Method use to find the profit

We can use the matrix multiplication

technique to find the amount of profit we

make from these seven types of bubble tea.

After that, we total up the earnings from all

of these bubble tea sales to determine the

overall profit for the week.

A single matrix is created by matrix
What is matrix

multiplication, sometimes referred to as

matrix product, and the multiplication of

two matrices. This kind of binary

operation is used.

Solution

We assign the numbers of bubble tea sold per day in

matrix P and the costs of bubble tea in matrix Q

After entering the data in
What is the result?
matrix form, we must first

calculate the daily earnings

for each bubble tea variety
based on the quantity of

bubble tea sold, as

indicated in Table 1.

PQ represents the

profits of each type of

bubble tea from

Monday through

Sunday by multiplying

matrices P and Q

The final step is we added up the

profits of each type from Monday

to Sunday. In order to determine

the overall revenues of each variety

of bubble tea.

matrix

We use Gauss -Jordan
We put the matrix

elimination to solve the

system of linear

equations

Result

The last step is we solve

the equation to find the x

values. We use excel to

solve the problems

Excel discovered that x1, or the quantity of black milk tea powder packs that need to

be restocked is 6.3783.

For x2, or the number of brown sugar milk tea powder packs that need to be

restocked is -6.7709. Due to the fact that there is still a supply, the bubble tea shop

does not need to restock.

For x3, or the number of strawberry milk tea powder packs that need to be restocked

is -4.5182. The bubble tea shop does not need to restock beacuse there are still some

items left.

For x4, or the number of taro milk tea powder packs need to be restocked is 4.3949.

For x5, or the number of thai milk tea powder packs need to be restocked is -0.0060.

This means that the bubble tea shop does not need to restock beacuse there still a

left.

For x6, or the number of matcha milk tea powder packs need to be restockes is 4.0891

For x7, or the number of honeydew milk tea powder packs need to be restocked is -

-2.2395. Due to the fact that there is still a supply, the bubble tea shop does not need

to restock

REFLECTION

By CHARIS MAH YUIN JING

Firstly, I would like to thank Dr. Abdul Malek Bin Yaakob for his
guidance. I also want to thank all my group members especially Xin
Yan for working together to complete this group project on time. I
am glad that I had the chance to learn the method of solving
system linear equations and I was able to apply the knowledge that
I learned from the subject of Linear Algebra to give solutions based
on our scenarios. This group project makes me put much effort into
it because I need to spend plenty of time creating data logically.
Besides, I learned how to apply the system of linear equations in my
daily life to solve the problems I face. Moreover, I also learn the skills
how to design a nice magazine that looks attractive. I learned how
to use Canva to edit magazines. Through this group project, I
realised to be a creative person and think out of the box when
faced with any difficulties.
To conclude, using the magazine to do this project was so
interesting and fun for me. I hope that I gain more experience in
this because it can help me to enhance my skills in design.
