General Participants are required to register your attendance (by scanning QR code at designated TV) from 7:00am until 7:45am; Participants are not allowed to leave the program before it is finished, except due to emergency cases and with the management’s approvals. The use of mask is required for those exhibiting symptoms. Mobile phone Do limit your mobile phone usage during presentation sessions; It is only allowed to use mobile phones during break times & quiz sessions. Punctuality Go through the program schedule and make sure that you are punctual at the start of each session; Be inside the hall 5 minutes before each session starts; Restrict your movement during presentation sessions. DIRECTIVES COVID The use of mask is optional. If you're having any symptoms or fall under P2 (Close Contact) category by Sunday (25 February 2024), please use the test kit. If the result is positive, inform CLC committees for necessary followup.
Food & Beverage Be considerate of others during food selection; Avoid food wastage; All F&B served are already paid for by the company. If you wish to purchase additional F&B, it will be under your own expenses. Welcome refreshments will be provided before the event starts. Smart Casual Men : Executive attire (long/short sleeve shirt with pants/khakis). Formal covered shoe. Women : Executive attire (blouse with pants/skirts). Formal covered shoe. It is recommended to bring along a blazer/jacket. Parking The indoor parking is automated, payment will be made by scanning a QR code & paying online by credit/debit card. Indoor parking is from level 5,6 and 7. Do fill in level 5 first and make your way up. Indoor parking will cost RM8 per entry. Outdoor parking (besides hotel), will cost RM5 per entry. Cash only method for outdoor parking (keep the receipt for claim purposes). Motorcycle parking area, with a total of 73 designated lots, will be situated on Level 5, 6 and 7. DIRECTIVES
