Participants are REQUIRED/COMPULSORY to register attendance (by scanning QR code at designated TV) from 7:00am until 7:45am. Participants are NOT allowed to leave the program before it finished, except due to emergency cases and with management’s approvals. Observe the program schedule and BE PUNCTUAL; Be inside the hall 5 minutes before the next program starts; Restrict your movement during presentation sessions instead, utilize break times to attend to personal matters, telephone calls and etc. Please avoid wastage and be considerate of others when taking the food especially during buffet. All F&B served are already paid for by the company. If you wish to purchase additional F&B, it will be under your own expenses. Smart Casual Male : Executive Attire – Long/short sleeve collar shirt with pants/khakis, formal covered shoes; Female : Executive Attire – Dark color or khakis slacks / pants, covered shoes Only pregnant ladies are allowed to wear other than the stated dress code (plain colors only) You are recommended to bring along Blazers/Jackets/Pashminas.
