DEFINITION OF
STRESS
Stress is a situation that
triggers a particular
biological response. When
you perceive a threat or a
major challenge, chemicals
and hormones surge
throughout your body.

when they are struggling to cope with
challenges related to finances, work,
relationship and other situations.
People often use the word stress
interchangeably when facing anxious,

behaviour. It is the opposite of eustress.
HYPOSTRESS
A type of stress that is experience by a person who
is constantly bored. Someone in an unchallenging
job, such as a factory worker performing the same
task over and over again, will often experience
hypostress. The efffect of hypostress is feeings of
restlessness and lack of inspiration.
