lifestyle especially for teenagers like us. To get a healthy lifestyle we have many things
to take care of like our sleep, body and also our mental. If we can do that, our
lifestyle will become more healthy and more productive than others. Furthermore, right
now many diseases can get into our body. Like diabetes , depression, insomnia and
many other illnesses that can affect our lifestyle. So we have to know how to avoid
all the diseases and stay healthy for a long time.

First of all, to get a healthy lifestyle we have to avoid
smoking. Smoking doesn't just affect a smoker but also will
affect the people around them. The important thing is lungs of
the smoker and people around smoker will get damage lungs and
if pregnant women sniffing cigarette smoke, their fetus can
defective and can also make them miscarrage. Many ingredients
in cigarette that make a damage to our body system like
nicotine. Nicotine is colorless but it will be a poison to our body
and tar. For the information, it call as a tar because it is the
term that used to describe the toxic chemicals found in
cigarettes. Frankly, if someone wants to get a healthy lifestyle
they must avoid cigarettes first because it will cause many
harm to our lives.

Next, you have to sleep early. As teenagers we must take care of our sleep.
We must sleep well and get enough rest before doing work. If we get a good

getting a full night of sleep can greatly help with your memory, mood,
cardiovascular health, weight loss and maintenance, motor function, work
performance and athletic performance. Many reasons to go to bed early like
night owls are at higher risk for some disorders and sleeping earlier is better
for your sleep schedule. Because once you figure out the amount of sleep
needed for your body you can sleep and wake up without any problems. But
sometimes, someone has insomnia, so it's hard to fall asleep early like others.
So I want to suggest some simple tips that will help to fall asleep quickly, for
instance they can practice yoga,meditation and mindfulness. They are tools to
calm the mind and relax the body. Moreover they have all been shown to
improve sleep.

eye on our eating plan. We must eat a variety of healthy
foods. The most popular thing when we talk about healthy
food is the food pyramid. In the food pyramid, the type of
foods that we must emphasize are fruits, vegetables , whole
grains, fat-free or low -fat milk and milk products. We also
have to take a variety of protein foods like eggs, nuts and
seeds. This type of food has many benefits to our body. Last
but not least we have to take low in saturated fats, trans
fats, cholesterol because if we take that type of food as
much as a protein, we can get diseases. For example , obesity.
Many benefits we can get if we eat healthy food.
Furthermore the foods people eat can reduce their blood
pressure and help keep their heart healthy.
