Origin of Event

The Kataikubtao Company Co., Ltd. is like a company
that creates benefits for society. Employees and people
in the company live together like a big family. They have
been working hard all year to keep the company
growing. It's time for the Kataikubtao Company Co., Ltd.
to reward them for spending time together relaxing at
the X'mas Memories event. Instead of thanks for their
hard work, and creating good memories before the start
of the new year together.

Objectives

Project Coordinator: Could you please answer a few questions so we can
prepare the best event for you? How many participants will this event
have?

CEO: I prefer buffets and drink refills.

spending time together to make the best memories for them. And the highlight

Graphic Designer: I think that is a good idea. I will design a poster for this
event that relates to their memories. The poster will show the highlight of this
event, which is the 40-meter-tall Christmas tree. I think it must be interesting
for the participants.
Multimedia Producer: So, I will prepare the light and video sound that relate
to them. As I am a multimedia producer, we will feature a video of the
employees working hard at the company. And the last video will be the CEO's
speech.

1. We reserve the right to cancel the employment contract in all cases.
2. In the case of a damaged item, compensation must be paid separately.
3. If the food on the list is canceled, the company must pay a 2% fee.
4. If the amount of food and beverages is insufficient for the number of
participants, the organizer will gladly refund this amount to the company.
5. If additional accessories or food items are required outside of the contract,
the company must pay for those separately.
